i order a dolomite tracksuit, and received A FAULTY item, i emailed the support on a friday, received the reply on monday, good . then NO NEWS. nothing , tried to talk to them everywhere, no sign.
really a disaster for this brand that i used to love.

Very disappointing experience with Trikko. I followed their return instructions, but UPS has been unable to deliver the parcel because the drop-off point is closed. Trikko hasn’t replied to my emails or offered any solution. I still don’t know what will happen to my return. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I tried to return my order and got a response 1 MONTH later. And on top of that, they ignored my request for a refund even do i paid an additional £10 for returns. Im still chasing up my return fee and its been 2 MONTHS. Please avoid this brand, their operation is not at all professional.

La qualité ne déçoit jamais, toujours des coupes agréables, des matières confortables et qui tiennent dans le temps, et c'est vraiment une marque différente des autres, plus axée sur la communauté.
Sur environ 8 commandes, j'ai eu un léger problème sur une seule, mais qui a été réglé rapidement une fois le service client prévenu. Seul défaut que je peux dire c'est que les tailles recommandées ne sont pas forcément les meilleures (si vous n'êtes pas sur prenez une taille au dessus) mais sinon c'est toujours un plaisir de recevoir les commandes de chez eux

BE CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS BRAND.
I placed an order worth more than €200 and never received my products. I contacted them several times, but they eventually stopped responding to my emails.
I paid for products that were never delivered, and I am still waiting for my money back.
Don’t be fooled by their Instagram presence and promotions. My personal experience with this brand has been extremely disappointing. Think twice before placing an order and make sure you know what you’re getting into.

I have 5 orders so far, the quality is great, the communication is easy for a big brand, they answered fast via email & IG dms. They even resent a package for free, when the shipping company returned it because of a common issue. I recommend

I had an issue with the order I placed which caused my order to be delivered later than expected.When I contacted the Trikko helpdesk the issue was fully fixed in 5 days!!

The up and coming streetwear brand, been following them a few years, have made a few purchases. Customer service is always top, delivery is always smooth, and the garms are always of high quality.

Love that their presence in London is growing specifically.

big upppp my favourite clothing brand!! love everything about it, the quality is unmatched, the fittings also! it's so hard as a short queen to find small joggers that fit right and don't look silly so when i got my first tracksuit i was sceptical like always when it comes to ordering clothes but i was sooo happy now i have 3 trikko tracksuits!! amazing brand owners too, great communication and just very genuine guys, keep smashing it love seeing it grow :)

Insane quality and you can even feel the work on the pieces while you put them on, Thats the best feeling. Huge big ups 💪🏽

if i could give 0 stars, i would. Ordered a product, 2 months later still nothing. No refund no nothing. Can NOT get in contact with them at all. They just ignore you on every social media.

This has been the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I placed an order with Trikko, and when problems occurred with the delivery, the customer service was basically NON-EXISTENT. I tried contacting them repeatedly by email and through Instagram, and I received no meaningful response or assistance.

The situation became so ridiculous that UPS informed me that the parcel had ended up in Overgoods/abandoned status. I contacted UPS myself and tried to recover the package, but UPS explained that only the REGISTERED SHIPPER could take the necessary action and submit the required Letter of Authorization.

In other words, I lost the money and the clothes. What a shame

Increibles productos e increible calidad. Sin embargo tuve un problema y en vez de ayudarme me bloquearon de las redes sociales :/ pesimo servicio al cliente.

Los mejores y no hay más que hablar brutal la calidad
