Better not order out of the UK.
Staff were polite and shipping was fast. The problem occurred when they shipped the item to me and listed it as a document. Well that wasn’t true and customs caught it. This made customs charge me $112.00 for a $25.00 micro SD card. I refused it and will just be out the money I paid for the SD card plus shipping.

Router
Bought a router from them and couldn't get it to work being user error rather than the hardware. They had the router back and issued a full refund immediately upon receipt of return.
Sometimes things do happen beyond our control and they went out their way to rectify.

Nokia portable WiFi tower doesn’t really work well.
Bought a Nokia portable WiFi tower, but it really doesn’t work on 4G or 5G, so I may need to look at other alternatives. Very difficult to find the root cause.

Ordered a used router from Tribz
Ordered a used router from Tribz. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and worked fine initially. However, after several months, issues arose, and support was unresponsive. While the price and fast shipping were positives, limited warranty and lack of tech support afterward were disappointing. Decent for short-term needs, but consider warranty limitations before purchasing.

Superb tech backup
wanted to upgrate our sim-based wifi router. Enormous thanks to Sam for his help, from advice getting the right product then going a country mile above and beyond in getting it set up. We will be straight back to Tribz next time we need any tech.

Hi Tom! Sorry to hear you didnt like the Ember Mug. The white one didnt come with a UK charger, but hopefully you for the 3 pin adapter with it? I know what you mean about the app but Ember does regular updates to their app and when i updated, it fixed the issue i was having. perhaps try that?
