Generally, the Tribute website process is easy to navigate and really convenient. My only frustration was with adding a musical element. While I liked their musical offerings, there were multiple glitches in fine-tuning the music... only to find out that the final product had NO music included whatsoever. They need to work those particular bugs out. Otherwise, I LOVE the product that they're offering here and will most definitely use it again.

Tribute.co was great. We opted for the concierge service. It was a bit more money, but they put it together well, and were very helpful in assisting us with any changes we wanted to make. They always got back to us within the same business day and completed the changes within a couple. Making changes myself was very easy and it appears that a lot of the criticisms I saw on older reviews have been taken into consideration and updated in the newest version. I will 100% use this service again.

Ease of use, easy to invite videos

Tribute made the experience of collecting videos from friends and family easy, and the tools for editing those videos together were quick to learn. I especially loved the ability to preview my Tribute before ordering. There were a few bugs as I was finalizing my video, but I was happy to see that when the HD version was complete everything had been resolved. I wish there were more options for adding custom slides, and that I could go back after the video was complete to see some of the management details that I previously had access to (e.g. email addresses for everyone who submitted a video).

The platform is intuitive. However I ordered concierge service and none of the edits I requested were incorporated for the finalized video. I am disappointed by that.

Excellent professionalism among the staff with fast, courteous, effective communication--and a finished product I was proud to share with my birthday-boy husband and our friends and family.

The editing process was easy, collecting the videos was the hardest & most time consuming part. After the project was complete I decided I would have done things a little differently (made photos between the videos show a little longer, etc.), but it was a good first project for me.

The process to send out the invitation to record a tribute was so easy and efficient. Having the reminders made a tremendous difference. The final tribute turned out great. Tribute was always there to ensure the process was successful. Loved it!

Tribute is the absolute best!! I opened two accounts without realizing it. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They help me work through the issues seamlessly!! The tribute turned out absolutely wonderful! Thank you Tribute!!

Editing tools are VERY lightweight with no ability to manually fine-tune things like music or transitions. Perhaps the biggest frustration, however, is that the back-end does NOT provide an accurate preview of what your final video is going to look like. It includes all sorts of glitches, black screens where video should be, and more. When the issue was pointed out to Tribute staff, I was told that it was a known bug and that the final video would look fine. That is a MAJOR bug that needs to be fixed immediately. Lastly, the Concierge service is a waste of money as they were unable to help with any of my requests and I ended up creating the video entirely myself.

Very quick responses to my questions. Overall, the process went a lot faster than I had expected.
