They were very helpful with a charity fundraiser I am organizing.

I am disappointed that after several years of use, this service did not help bring more traffic to our ethnic media news website, nor did it bring more leads. Initially we were billed $19 when they were first starting up. We did not see the service help grow out website traffic then, so we cancelled it. However, then we were somehow being billed $29.00 per month for another year thereafter to be put in a listing again! We did not even know we were accepted to the listing. So, for a whole year, none of our URLs or social media handles were added to the "approved" listing we knew nothing about. We felt duped because we thought we had cancelled the service and yet we found that they continued to bill us monthly. We had no way of logging into their back server for the service we were being charged. (They have very deceptive business practices that we did not expect.) Someone finally responded to our email rant for us to access and login to the dashboard where we were being charged, and then and only then were we able to cancel the deceptive billing we had no knowledge thereof.

This has been a frustrating experience for us and unfortunate. We had a lot of hope in this product and service as to what it could do for news organizations.

It's a neat tool if you want to share similar RSS feed with other news media partners but was not as reliable as are other services we now use. So, it was a decent starter for us several years ago (that's why the two stars instead of one) but not the best in setup in services; they were more money driven rather than customer service friendly toward us.

Absolutely a scam do not entertain this site after trying to cancel subscription sent 12 emails to receive one in return hardly a transparent business refuse to refund the charge despite only access for 4 hours under the free trial

I'm a YA fiction author and I was looking for YA social media influencers. I paid 250 USD for a list of 320 influencers. I had specified that I only wanted those that cater to young adults. Out of the those 320, only less than 10 matched my criteria. After complaining about it, I received addiotional 280 names, of which less than five were useful for me. I asked for a refund but they ignored it.
