Love my visit to the salon it’s a treat to myself, Nicola & Charlotte are so good, helpful & friendly with lots of tips while still being professional.
The head massage after the shampoo is a lovely touch,
I leave feeling great knowing my hair is looking its best’s.

As usual, fantastic cut and finish by Kate. My go to stylist. Thank you

I've been around the block when it comes to hair salons, and would like to rate Trevor Sorbie 10/10 for their services. I love this salon so much for the following reasons
- Seb's colour: I have very dark hair and always wanted to be a blonde, he does it so so naturally and have been so pleased with my overall look. No idea how he covers my full head - it's art and such a skill! He is so amazing.
-Zenios cut: he just gets it, doesn't chop everything away and we're actually letting it grow out! less is more.
- from start to finish everyone is so friendly, so sweet, there's no airs and graces to this salon which I just LOVE

Zak has been doing my colour for the past 5 years. I fully trust his judgement on the best creative colours for my skin tone and hair texture. He’s the best colourist I’ve had hands down.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I attended a consultation, I was told 6 inches should be cut off my hair! I told the hairdresser I didn't want this much cutting off my hair as I'd been growing it for a long period and she refused to do my hair at all. I was told they don't do what the client wants, they do what they think! I'll be taking my custom somewhere else where what I want matters, considering it's my hair.

I had the stylist Tiziana by accident. My normal hair dresser was away on promoting T.V. So my cut was going to be cancelled, the receptionist suggested Tiziana. Ok, I went and it was a good cut. But, they are expensive so the next cut I went to a different salon with a different stylist. I wish I hadn’t. I let my hair grow for three months then went back to Tizi, OMG ITS the best cut I have ever had for a very long time. I love it. I would rather pay more and have a cut that looks the same when I get up in the morning and looks the same after I wash it. Even looks good when it is dirty and needs a wash Better even. Thank you Tizi a fantastic job. I’m going to keep returning. I also travel up from wales.

I have been coming to the Manchester salon for a number of years, I'm always very happy with my hair and would wholeheartedly recommend. Colour is great!

Sorry for the late review..I visited the salon with my daughter as she really needed her hair to be looked at. Zeno did a great job and gave her a great cut. She has had alot of family member ask where she got her hair done from. Very pleased with Zeno. Waiting to get my hair done by Zeno in a weeks time .Five stars for you Zeno. Thankyou

I went for my birthday treat that my youngest daughter and husband paid £110 for the worst experience I have ever had with a hair dresser. I had Gary, who was a senior stylist, who was friendly but the quality of the hair cut was appalling. I had blunt layers that wasn’t blended and came out looking as another hair salon called “a mushroom cut”.

He asked for what I would like, and gave me the complete opposite. He said it was a journey but I could only think it was a journey to a new salon. I emailed my upsets, and they asked me to come back. I did not want another person in that salon to make more of a mess. I was left with steps in my hair, chunks cut out and my confidence was the lowest it’s ever been. I emailed back to see if I could receive my money back as it was a lot to pay for a bad hair do. They did not give me my money back and I am so disappointed with my experience as a whole. They cannot style or cut short hair and don't say you can when you cannot.

I have had amazing experience 2 weeks ago - great haircut with SASHA . Absolutely happy with my experience and the results. Very friendly and professional. Excellent cut and finish by Sasha .He understood exactly what I was looking for 5🌟. See you soon. Thank you so much. Recommend

Zeno at the Richmond branch did a fabulous job on my hair. I was brief with what I wanted given that my hair was long and lifeless. He made it look amazing and exactly how I wanted!! could not recommend him enough, he is so talented!

Ben in Covent Garden is a fantastic colourist. He left my dull greying hair looking glossy with gorgeous colour and highlights. Makes me feel fantastic.

I had a colour appt today at 3pm. I arrived a bit before that and was surprised to see my colourist just starting to colour another client’s hair at exactly 3pm. I had to wait 15 minutes for my colour to be done. Afterwards I asked for the usual fringe trim and I was refused as I was told the staff were too busy. I pointed out that my fringe trim takes about 1 minute and I was kept waiting 15 minutes without being given any explanation for the delay but the answer was still no. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have never been told that I have to book an appointment for a fringe trim. Now it means an extra trip just for a 1 minute appointment.

Had an AWFUL experience with customer service here - an expensive treatment I had did not work and with the salon reluctant to help, I contacted head office who sent me a very rude response. Not a way to keep customers at all. It put me off ever visiting a Trevor Sorbie salon again and to share this experience with others so they also avoid.

Love having my hair coloured by Jade. I always receive such lovely comments about my hair colour, it looks so natural. The Trevor Sorbie salon in Brighton is lovely and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend.

Mattia at the Hampstead Salon is excellent. I wanted a treatment to smooth my hair and make it frizz free and easier to manage. He explained the process carefully and patiently with me. He was extremely professional during the whole treatment process and I am absolutely delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending the TS Smoothing treatment, Mattia and Trevor Sorbie Hampstead
