I love their pieces, BUT
I love their pieces. They are beautiful and are pretty decently priced. The only downside is that I have two pieces that need fixing (and should be replaced due to manufacturer issues), but there is no way to do so. I would have to reorder them and pay full price/or sale price. And another plus is that they don’t tarnish.

Beautiful packaging. I ordered a name plate ring and it is gorgeous. Looks like real gold. What I always wanted but without the big price tag. I ordered the new cross chain rosary and it’s beautiful. My 10 yo loves it.

I always get my package on time and when the item is a custom piece they make sure to give updates on the production process. I also incurred an issue with the sizing of one of my custom rings as well as a lost package. The customer service experience was seamless and the representatives were polite, kind and attentive. They swiftly replaced my package and exchanged my custom ring for another size free of charge. I’m a return customer of several years because of the quality of care.
