BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE

I am editing my Review AFTER tres color so quickly (within 2 days) responded to my negative review on Trustpilot. It was over many months that I tried to get responses from tres colors. The information you provided had random dates with NO YEAR indicated; and implied all monthly charges had been refunded to my credit card. NOT TRUE! My credit card only showed 2+ years of monthly VIP membership charges (approx $25); with nothing ever refunded. Someone was using my credit card fraudulently: made monthly charges, but never received ANY refunds on the $600+ charges.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS research REVIEWS on any company BEFORE YOU BUY ONLINE.

BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE, CHECK REVIEWS ON THE COMPANY/PRODUCT. I discovered in my credit card records that Tres Colori had been charging a monthly VIP membership for the past several years. I had no idea who they were, or what they sold. I looked up the company name and contacted them immediately. Over a period of many months and slow responses, they told me they had closed the account that had been fraudulently using my credit card. I asked them for details of this account so I could show my credit card company their company records. It was months before they sent anything. The few details they finally provided: dates and refund info told me nothing. I actually accused them of being the fraud, because the documents they sent contained bogus information: random dates, claimed everything had been refunded back to the card #. BS > the only thing I saw on my card was their monthly bogus charges.

Great quality

My custom made necklace was close to perfect. I went with the choker length but wish I would have gone up a length because when they say choker it is definitely a CHOKER which causes me to not wear it as often as I would like to…. But over all….I love it.

Where do I start? I purchased a nameplate in 2024. Near the end of last year I noticed some discoloration. I emailed tres colori, 24 hours later I received a response. With no hesitation I was given options for replacement. I received my new nameplate however the color seemed different so I emailed again. 24 hours later, I received a reply explaining why the color may look different than before. Not only was I given an explanation I was also given a new replacement nameplate. I’m giving details of my experience to say this, Tres Colori has the best customer service I have ever experienced. No retailer has ever gone far beyond my expectations in matters concerning making a customer happy. I will be a life long customer. My nameplate is also very pretty. I had many compliments on my piece.

I've order atleast 5 pieces from this site. I always catch them on the good 40%-60% off sales. I'm giving 4 stars as my daughter gold plated chain ended up becoming very faded after about 6 months of wear. If you go with silver you will have no issues though!
