After reviewing your order (#570089), we can confirm that it was placed on April 24th and is a personalized item, which requires time to be carefully handcrafted. Our standard production window for custom pieces is 2–4 weeks, and your order is right within that timeframe.

The good news is that your piece is now complete and is scheduled to ship out tomorrow. As soon as it ships, you will receive your tracking information by email so you can follow the delivery.
