After reviewing your order, we noticed that we never received any email communication regarding the issue. We would have absolutely loved the opportunity to help sooner. Your earrings were crafted using 14k gold over 925 sterling silver, which is a high-quality material, but like all sterling silver pieces it can occasionally tarnish over time if exposed to certain elements such as moisture, perfumes, lotions, or other chemicals.

We’ve reached out to you directly by email because we’d be happy to send you a prepaid return label so you can send the earrings back to us for a free replacement. Our goal is always to make sure you receive a piece you’re happy wearing.

Love the jewelry.. seems a little high if there's no discounts, especially for something that is not real gold but even as it's not real gold, they are very good quality and do not tarnish easy.I think I had my first set for about two years before it started looking dull . But.
I do love that you can get nameplates for about sixty bucks.. and the name plates are beautiful

So I ordered from this company a few years ago and the quality was good , but now I recently ordered again in January 2026 omg the quality is soooo terrible it looks like I put 25cents in a bubble gum machine & got a plastic necklace I hate it so bad never again!!!!

There was a minor issue, I reached out and was helped by Ava not even 24 hours and my issue was resolved quick, efficient and very responsive through the whole process. The ring came in its own dust bag, secure packing and care instructions. Between the ring and costumer service and attention to detail I will definitely be ordering through this small business again! Also when I first ordered my daughter’s necklace, I didn’t spell her name right so I had to send it back and I was able to order another one once they received the original item when the replacement item was shipped out UPS lost my package for a few days. I reached out to. Customer service and they were more than glad to help me by making me a new piece for my daughter. EACH TIME I EMAILED THEM THEY ANSWERED ME QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
