I ordered a travel system on 25 July. On Trendy Baby website the delivery date advertised was mid-August. There have been many follow-up, in which the delivery day was continually pushed. In the end, I delivered my baby on 5 september, and on 9 september I asked for a refund since my pram was not yet there. So with my baby already 5 days old, I had to start from scratch the search for a travel system.

I understand that a lot also depends from the producer - but the selling contract is with the shop, and they have responsibilities, including for advertising a delivery day that can't be fulfilled.

Ordered a cot, mattress and set of drawers via Trendybaby. Ordered on the Sunday evening, received all items on the Friday morning. Prompt delivery and excellent service from the drivers. All items received and all in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

After reading some of the negative reviews, which seem a bit unfair in my opinion, I wanted to write one of my own.
We placed our order for the Egg2 bundle at the end of June and were expecting it to be delivered by end of July as was stated on the website. Unfortunately due to supplier delays we have only just received it. HOWEVER, throughout the last few months Alex has been very responsive to my emails requesting updates for the delivery and arranged for the car seat and isofix to be delivered promptly as they were already in stock. Obviously supplier delays are outside the control of the retailer and with covid regulations being what they were in the summer, phones went unanswered for many businesses due to lack of staff. I can only assume that if not for the current state of things, we would've received our delivery months ago and been able to speak to someone on the phone. I appreciate Alex's replies to me especially as I explained that I was a little anxious that we wouldn't receive it in time. If you have time before your baby arrives or do not require an urgent delivery at the moment, please don't let the small number of negative reviews put you off ordering from Trendy Baby.

Ordered a pram on Sunday and received it on Wednesday - great service and price. Great communication when I asked a question too.

They do seem to be impacted by Covid but what business isn't. Would use again.

I’m not sure why people are complaining about Trendybaby. We ordered our pram for our new arrival and it arrived fast and in perfect condition. When IKEA and others are having difficulty delivering stock, I was impressed with their service.
I did look at the reviews before I purchased, and saw that they had only 18 bad reviews over four years. When I compared the number of bad reviews from other nursery companies, I thought that was a very low number.
I am pleased I brought from them.

My daughter purchased the meego plumo within weeks the chassis broke I may add the pushchair had hardly been used due to lock down trying to speak to some one was a joke phone constantly ringing finally someone answered I sent a video of the chassis that was certainly not safe after 9 emails 15 calls I had to package the chassis up and I was assured a new chassis would be sent out next day still not received my 20yr old daughter is left with no pram I am fuming I asked for a refund they said no I spoke with meego direct who are also very rude the product itself looks lovely however maybe think twice before purchasing as I have also been told by trendy them at the pink meego has been discontinued I am still waiting a call after 2 emails this morning does anyone have any advice ect maybe for trading standards ? Life is stressful enough as it is without having to fight to get a working pram

I have tried on many occasions over several weeks to phone TendyBaby but with no answer. Also I have message via website plus sent emails asking about my order placed in June and its projected delivery details. I have tried to make contact by leaving a coment on one of TrendyBabys advertisements on a social media platform to then find they had time to delete it but didn't have time to send me a response direct. I actually pre ordered and paid £949 for a 12 piece Luxury Oyster Pram package as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. I have been regularly checking my account status on their website
for updates and noticed my order had changed from 'Ordered' to 'Processed' on 2nd Aug, whilst I was trying to obtain a reply at the same time I might add. This has been such a stressful experience. We are all struggling with the terrible problems Covid has brought but surely this is no excuse for such terrible customer service. I would think very carefully before ordering from this company. I will be formally requesting a refund if I have not had a satisfactory response within 48 hours from this review. If TrendyBaby then fails to refund me the only option I have left is to contact my Credit Card Company.

I ordered something nearly 2 weeks ago and they've not sent me an update on my order despite me emailing 3 times and trying to ring, but the phone lines just ring out.

How is this company in business. Take my money but don't give me my order??

How can a company refuse you a refund or exchange on a babies isofix base that moves around just b3cise you haven't got the box???? This a complete joke and I would like management to get in touch with me as I cannot get through on the phones. Been trying for 3 days now and no answer!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get through on the phone for 2 days. I initially spoke to Alex from Trendy Baby on Monday after trying 14 times to call. He said he was going to get back to me to sort the issue, and 2 days later I have not heard anything and the phone just rings and rings. I have also sent an email and sent a message on Instagram but no reply. I need a replacement car seat and isofix base which is quite important and needed as a matter of urgency now, which Alex was made aware of. I called regularly between 9am and 6pm yesterday 4th August, a total of around 50 times, and nothing. This is not acceptable. Can someone get back to me as a priority to sort this issue. I have tried calling this morning again to find the same issue of nobody answering!

We purchased a mamma and pappa Flip XT3 travel system bundle with a good discount off the RRP.
Prompt delivery as stated.
Unfortunately a part was missing but this was resolved and dispatched quickly - overall very happy with the service.

Expecting our first baby and been looking at pushchairs at various places. Decided on the one one we liked but was very expensive. Did a bit of searching on internet an came across Trendy Baby same pushchair package we wanted at around half the price. Was very sceptical at first an thought it can’t be right. Took the plunge ordered online with credit card just in case. Pushchair package was delivered about three days later all in original packaging brand new an great condition. So glad I ordered from them and was a great saving. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to a local pram shop to try a bunch out and came away knowing what we wanted but that it would be a 6 week order. Did some research at home and ended up ordering through here very late on a Tuesday night and received it early Friday! Not only that, the isofix base for car seat was a better price than other places I looked and I got 5% off my order! Will definitely be recommending to anyone else I know that's expecting

I placed a pre-order in April for delivery in June. During the payment process, it asked for me to set up an account to track my order, which I did. Following payment however and then checking my account order details, it says I have no orders. It took 1500 out of my bank account that very day, so I have tried emailing twice and calling several times over the last few weeks to understand what's going on. Absolute zero response and no one ever picks up the phone calls. Im concerned as to whether this is a scam website and if this delivery is actually going to happen. The customer service is shocking and I'm surprised by some of these reviews claiming their customer service is great...most definitely not based on my experience.

I ordered something over a week ago stil not received item, I have sent 2 emails and tried ringing them several times and iv had no response from them, I am very disappointed with trendy baby and wil not be ordering anything eles from this company. I would recommend avoiding this company

Superb price, great delivery time and really helpful customer service. I was to excited to wait for my delivery and started emailing for etas before it was even due and customer service replied within record time with an exact day and hour slot for delivery. They even followed up the next day to check i had received everything or if i needed anything else. Have been through all the parcels (i brought an entire travel system) and all looks exactly as advertised, am impatient now to use it.

I ordered an Uppababy Cruz set on Apr 26th. There has been no update about it being shipped yet, and trendybaby has not responded to my email requests for updates on May 10th or today. They were also not reachable by phone.

We bought a buggy from Trendybaby and it was an amazing deal and arrived very quickly. There was a fault with the chassis (not a fault of trendy baby but of the manufacturer) and we contacted trendy baby and a representative there named Alex sorted this for us so quickly. He helped us chase the manufacturer and organised a replacement for us within days. He is an absolute asset to the team at trendy baby. Brilliant experience overall and would definitely shop there again.
