I placed an order online 2 days ago with trendy baby. As of yet, I still have not received a confirmation email to say my order has been accepted. Or any indication when I would receive my purchase. The funds have been taken from my account.
I have emailed the company twice, and also called them but with no answer.
They have really mixed reviews so I would be cautious ordering anything from them.
*since writing this I had email response saying my items would be shipped within 7/10 days. Good I have a response but a bit frustrating that I had to chase.

I highly recommend this company. I purchased a travel system at a faction of the price compared to other companies. The customer service they provided has been excellent, Alex has been great. I am so pleased that this company delivers to N.Ireland.

I ordered the Oyster 3 bundle and I love it! However there are missing items from my bundle that havE not turned up and there is no number to call for customer service. I have sent two emails but no reply as of yet.

After reading lots of bad reviews, I decided to purchase from them anyway and I must say that their customer service is excellent!
I didn’t receive the email confirmation at first, but they replied prompted to my email (which I found in here and not on their website though). They confirmed to me that the order had been placed, but after the weekend passed by, they told me that the third party refused the payment. They issued a refund and advised me to pay in other way. After I did, I received the automatic confirmation email but still they emailed me confirming to me that the order had been placed and that I should expect the product today.
I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but it all went amazingly well and I got my carrycot at a great deal!

Over the moon with my order. £119 cheaper than anywhere else ordered Friday 25/3/22 pram arrived Tuesday 29/3/22. I was worried after seeing some reviews about not getting emails and not happy with service. However my confirmation email was in my junk email. My venicci pram is amazing everything is perfect and I am over the moon Thankyou trendy baby!

I have place an order with them. I never received my conformation email. It just said any questions call the the store owner ? I called them all day today and it rings out. Is this a scam or what ad they have took the money? Its 10 weeks till the baby is due and now think it's time to call bank and fraud team I don't have money to order a new pram. Anyone help me out here ?

Website at the weekend no email was received to say this Was what order so kept checking the order history to see what was happening and if it had changed from complete to the next step and when he check this morning it said processing to then be completely gone saying there was no recent orders we’ve have had no email to state the reason why and when we will get our refund!!

I have ordered a baby pram and didn’t like so I contacted and ask for return and they said I have to pay postage. That was not expected from a company now I am asking them to send me a return label and no response to calls and emails so shameful Don’t buy from this company 🥲

Great online shop. Ordered a footmoff for Cosatto pram which was cheaper than Cosatto website and free delivery too. Item arrived the next day. Very pleased.

Super fast delivery. Quite slow responding to emails but satisfied with the service. Returned pushchair as the brand/quality wasn’t as good as I’d like, refunded quickly. I was concerned when I realised the pushchair wasn’t for me and I read some negative reviews but I’m happy and would use trendybaby again.

4 out of the 5 items arrived and just wanted an update so thought to contact the Company directly.
There is a real problem of getting hold of someone by phone or email.
Emailed back the sales address to have the message bounce back saying undelivered. Double checked the email address but it is correct.
I have called 10 times today, all before 1pm, and no one has picked up.
If there is a delay please just send me an email to advise otherwise you will end up with a irritable pregnant woman on your hands!

We bought our first baby stroller, and the experience has been excellent. After 2-3 days we didn't know the status of our order, and unfortunately, their website was down, but we phoned and they very kindly updated us about the order. By the way, it arrived the next day. Great service!

I bought a pram on order and the delivery service was brilliant , came next day no delays. Definitely order again.

Tried calling emailing and messaging about my recent order with no reply, please can someone respond to me ASAP

After being let down by Glasgow pram centre a week before my due date and Xmas I was able to order the exact same bundle from Trendy Baby. They efficiently answered any questions I had by email and I received my full order the next working day. Trendy Baby saved the day!! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using again for any future baby purchases!

I have a pram on order and Alex contacted me by email saying it had arrived early but so far I have been unable to contact anyone by phone.

I ordered a pram back in October for delivery mid December. My baby arrived earlier being November. I contacted trendy baby and unfortunately the pram supplier were unable to give a date for delivery as they had to keep pushing it back due to manufactor issues. This was stressful for me as I was unable to take my eldest to school as I have two younger children and no pram. After speaking with Trendy Baby yesterday they went above and beyond for me and managed to source me a pram Roma Gemini and it is perfect! We absolutely love it for our babies. They also personally delivered it to us early evening last night not forgetting saving me ££120 !!!! I cannot reccomend them enough, there customer service is exceptional! We will definatly be coming back and using you in the future! Thank you very much once again!!!

I just ordered a cosatto whoosh push chair that is on offer for 99 quid. . Great deal and great service.

I received a tracking order no and received it next working day as advertised via dpd.

Highly recommended ide use them again if I need anything.

Ordered an Egg travel system on a Saturday evening website said next working day delivery all received by Tuesday, there was a situation with the delivery as DPD had the order spilt between 2 vans, called trendy baby just for help and advise as didn’t receive the info for the second delivery time (not their fault), spoke to a gent and he was really helpful!! Happy with product and service, oh and the pram is stunning ❤️

After not being able to find Oyster 3 Prams set in the brown colour as most were sold out on other sites or were pre order only and baby due next month was stressful and was worried I wasn’t going to get the pram I wanted and as I don’t like online shopping I wasn't too sure about the website and reviews however I can confirm my pram set arrived within the next day in perfect condition easy to assemble all together and amazing customer service updating me with my delivery process etc.. Thank You Trendy Baby will defiantly recommend to others.
