I made a stupid mistake of ordering a dress online. I immediately noticed on the confirmation email, they duplicated my order. I emailed them right back, calling this to their attention, but they said it was too late to cancel the order. I disputed the charge with my bank.
Trend Delight emailed a week later asking me to respond to the bank dispute. I didn’t respond. I received the dresses June 4. They are a ridiculous copy, made in China, of the dress I ordered. I told them I wanted to return the dresses. After sending pictures and reasons why I’m returning the items, they said, “Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping labels or returns.” “The cost of returning the items to China is my responsibility.” Obviously, the cost of sending them to China would be crazy. Believe me, I will never fall for this again! Hopefully, my bank will cancel the charges. Maybe if Trend Delight has to eat the cost of shipping this crap to unsuspecting customers, they will stop scaming people.

I have not received my purchase though lots of emails of it’s on its way . I just wish I had read the reviews of trust pilot before ordering , lesson learned . A scam !

Ordered a laser tape measure, received a tape measure, but not what was ordered. a total rip off

I have not received my purchase. It's been since 4-20-25. It's just wrong. I even have the confirmation number. Give/Send me my merchandise or put my money back onto my card. I'm at (562) 507-8427 I'm very unhappy with these people.

Total scam. Ordered 1 product. Received 2 and they are total crap. also billed for 2 at 2 different prices. Told they don't do returns and to send back to China. Or keep it and receive 10% off. If they can take 10% off why can't they give a full refund. Buyer beware!!!!!

I am only marking one star, but this is my first time of ordering from this company. Have not received my product yet. After reading these reviews, I’m wondering if I’m gonna be sorely disappointed too. I ordered two hair extensions and watched a video with J Lo showing you how to put them on. That’s what sold me. They looked very real. I just ordered them so I know it’ll be a while before I get them. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I will report back later.

Awful company please avoid this company. I ordered a pole to hang clothes. It was advertised as a clothes pole that stretches cross the bath tub. It about 12 inches and doesn't fit anywhere. This is disgusting.

If I could give the 0 star I would. Ordered a pair of sandals, looked lovely in the pictures. Took ages to come but I don’t mind that if it’s worth it when it arrives. Well these certainly were not. Quality is horrendous. I told them and they offered me 10% back & I could keep them & wear them. I wouldn’t be seen dead in them & 10% isn’t worth waiting for. I advise don't fall for the photos obviously they’re not the ones they send out to paying customers.

Awful company posting the wrong item then asking customer to return the item to the darkest depths of china. Pintrest should ban them

This place is poor customer service! The product is harmful and I asked for my money back and they said if I return the product to china at my own expense they’d be glad to refund me! They have no returning labels so I have to pay out of my own pocket for a product that doesn’t work. They suck!! Satisfaction guaranteed is a LIE!! SCAMMERS

Hello, I’m writing about my order that I bought from you! The product does not work and I paid enough money for it. I also did not get my free gift that suppose to be with the order. I would like a refund. If you want you’re product back I do not have the packaging anymore. I will not order from you anymore and for sure will not recommend you to anyone. Please I would like a respond from someone. This company is ripping people off. Thank you and have a good day. Waiting for you guys to correct this problem..

I had to give one star to comment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You WILL be ripped off. I bought silver hair dye to do a money piece and the product does nothing. I complained and was told I can pay to send the partially used product back to China, or they would give a 10% refund and I could keep the product to continue to enjoy. Their AI sucks…why would I want to “enjoy” something that doesn’t work as advertised. We went back and forth and finally realized it must be a scam operation. I wish I had done more research before buying. They need to be held accountable for scamming the public consumer.

I couldn’t even give this company one star the Laura doll they advertise for £52 looks more like something you’d see at a cheap market stall for a few Pennie’s. It’s advertised packaged in a lovely box and arrived in a plastic bag. My advice is stay away from these sharks.

Scam. I purchased something at $25, they offered "free gift" that I added to cart, checked out. Apparently there was fine print that I needed $30 to get the free gift so two hours after receiving my order confirmation, they added a second product without my consent, bringing it to $50. I emailed immediately to both emails I received, and went to Contact Us on the site. No response. Fairly sure they're just going to send and force me to pay for return to their Chinese warehouse.

This company is a scam!! I wish I had seen the reviews
before purchase. When my crappy item arrived I immediately asked for a refund and was given the address to mail it back to China at my expense!!

This organization should be banned. Shame on Pinterest for allowing them to advertise on their site. I’ll think twice about dealing with anything pitched on Pinterest and will be contacting them directly as well. I would encourage others to exercise the same amount of caution.

Trend Delight and anybody else selling the Vibe Heal 128hz healing instruments (tuning forks) is a total SCAM. Don't walk.. Run!! I paid for three of these at a price of over $100 dollars and never received anything. You cannot contact them. It's a total scam .. they're just stealing your money.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. This is a SCAM. No customer service. No one responses. The clothes are not what they advertise. SCAM!!!! Run if you see this place.
