I ordered a nail set, doesnt matter if you "cure them, if you can call it that with that crappy light, they come straight off. Total waste of money.

Wish I could give them negative stars. They are a complete and total RIP OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered an item from SP Trend Delight and they shipped me a piece of junk. It did not look anywhere like the pictures. I contacted the company and they disconnected my phone call. I am unable to talk to anyone to request a refund and/or label for return. They operate under two different names. Delivery is by a Canadian service called UniUni. When you call them they redirect your call to the seller whom you are not able to reach.? They disconnect the phone call each time. Please don't order anything from SP Trend Delight. They do no conduct business in a fair and decent manner. They don't deserve any stars based on the manner that they treat customers.

Shipping is very slow and once you receive your item it is not as pictured or advertised. Quality is that of Dollar Tree. You will receive no help with shipping in returning this piece of junk. You will be told to ship back to China at your expense or keep and you will be issued a 10% discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

this company is garbage their products are garbage, and I do not recommend it. The picture show one thing you receive something else it took me 14 days to get someone to respond to my inquiry they do not refund and they give you 10% coupon to buy other stuff from their website when you’re dissatisfied customer.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. I bought some false eyelashes advertised on Pinterest for £17.00. Nowhere near as good as they look online. Was promised a free mystery box. Nothing turned up. I then found the same lashes on Shein for £1.75. When i questioned customer services they offered me a discount to keep them or return them to China at an extortionate cost to myself. When i questioned them about the mystery box Zoe almost told me is was tough luck and i won't be getting 1. ABSALUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY

Unable to get assistance. Never heard of delivery service. Online asked to charge me 5 dollars to investigate where package is that has been out for delivery all day.

I ordered this item a dress , said they had a base in Solihull. They are based in China rool 2 weeks to arrive , when it arrived the dress is not as advertised , too small have to return to China . Did get an answer from customer support offered me 10 % and keep dress which i would never wear. Absolute disgraceful.

This company doesn’t deserve even one star! Ordered something for $21 then received the email confirmation and it was $87, they added two additional items to my order. I emailed them immediately (within 20 min) and told them to cancel my order. I got a response 6 hrs later saying that the order had been processed and could not be cancelled. Offered me a 15% refund. I have sent many more emails to cancel and refund my money. They do not respond, I am going to dispute this with my bank. If my order arrives and they want it back, they can pay the shipping cost to send it back. IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BE PREPARED FOR A HEADACHE!

I paid for a swimsuit and it took absolutely ages to arrive, so I contacted them , they said it was coming. This was after my holiday!! When I chased them up again, they said it was out of stock and to order something else. I did this, what a surprise, that was out of stock too. They said I could choose something else , and gave me a credit , but now I just want my money returned back to my account. Very cross to have been duped!!!

Scandalous- I would have preferred being robbed and I wouldn't have felt so violated. I bought these shoes being featured on Pinterest - They are NOTHING LIKE THEM- pea pot quality and the large stone is a small prism-like something glued to the side. Sadly I am out of $40+. How can you people live with yourself and take others money just because you can in the name of false advertising. What make you think it is okay to rob me of my hard earned money.

They give an email but it takes them forever to even respond and they do not give return labels so you are out of luck if you have anise with your order. Do NOT Ever order from this company as they sell broke junk and refuse to refund anyone,

I ordered an 8’ extending pole. What arrive eventually was not even 2’. Total scam. BUYER BEWARE.

I made a stupid mistake of ordering a dress online. I immediately noticed on the confirmation email, they duplicated my order. I emailed them right back, calling this to their attention, but they said it was too late to cancel the order. I disputed the charge with my bank.
Trend Delight emailed a week later asking me to respond to the bank dispute. I didn’t respond. I received the dresses June 4. They are a ridiculous copy, made in China, of the dress I ordered. I told them I wanted to return the dresses. After sending pictures and reasons why I’m returning the items, they said, “Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping labels or returns.” “The cost of returning the items to China is my responsibility.” Obviously, the cost of sending them to China would be crazy. Believe me, I will never fall for this again! Hopefully, my bank will cancel the charges. Maybe if Trend Delight has to eat the cost of shipping this crap to unsuspecting customers, they will stop scaming people.

I have not received my purchase though lots of emails of it’s on its way . I just wish I had read the reviews of trust pilot before ordering , lesson learned . A scam !

Ordered a laser tape measure, received a tape measure, but not what was ordered. a total rip off

I have not received my purchase. It's been since 4-20-25. It's just wrong. I even have the confirmation number. Give/Send me my merchandise or put my money back onto my card. I'm at (562) 507-8427 I'm very unhappy with these people.

Total scam. Ordered 1 product. Received 2 and they are total crap. also billed for 2 at 2 different prices. Told they don't do returns and to send back to China. Or keep it and receive 10% off. If they can take 10% off why can't they give a full refund. Buyer beware!!!!!

I am only marking one star, but this is my first time of ordering from this company. Have not received my product yet. After reading these reviews, I’m wondering if I’m gonna be sorely disappointed too. I ordered two hair extensions and watched a video with J Lo showing you how to put them on. That’s what sold me. They looked very real. I just ordered them so I know it’ll be a while before I get them. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I will report back later.
