Tree Check Arboriculture Omdömen

I engaged Ben on the strength of his reviews.Understanding that I was working to a tight schedule,Ben arrived the following day and his concise, detailed and thorough report arrived by email the day after Ben’s visit.Throughout his visit Ben was highly professional, articulate, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have never left a review for any service or product previously. However, Ben’s service necessitated a first class review.

Ben and the team were great . Came and surveyed our tree and put our minds at rest .
Clear and informative report issued at a very good price .
Weeks turn around from survey to report .
Communication could be a little better but this will come in time I'm sure of that.
All in all fantastic service provided .
Thanks Ben

An urgent tree report was needed for the Council Planning and Tree officers. Ben answered the plea instantly and was able to fit in the job with another in the area and understanding the urgency delivered the report same day and in time to forward to the council officers. A very professional service delivered warmly and with care and rescued a very difficult situation. There could not be better. Thank you!

Start to finish good service. Callum has done work for us for 3 years now - Informative and always goes the extra mile to provide details and recommendations. Cost effective and always done in a timely manor.

Can't recommend Tree Check enough. Surpassed all expectations - knowledgeable, professional and super efficient. Ben & Josh quite simply went above & beyond!

Following a tender process Tree Check were selected to carry out a full survey of trees in the Cathedral grounds. Ben was one of the few who visited the site prior to tendering so that he could fully understand the requirements so I knew that his competitive tender was realistic. Ben's survey allowed us to make some key decisions regarding tree management and Ben handled all the communication with planning. Ben's communication is excellent and at no point was I left having to guess or chase a response. He was also incredibly helpful months after the initial report had been completed and some extra information was required. Highly recommended.

Evans Banks Planning Ltd have used Tree Check Arboriculture on several of their developments across the South Wales area. Ben and his team are extremely knowledgeable and provide professional advice in a timely manner. We would highly recommending them to anybody who requires their services.

Ben at Tree Check undertakes a significant number of Tree Sureys and whole range of Arboriculture work on behalf of our planning clients. His knowledge of arboriculture is second to none, supplemented by clear and concise reports loaded with detailed survey plans and recommendations to aid all kinds of proposed development.
We would highly recommend Tree Check to those in need of tree and hedgerow surveys.

I was after a tree surveyor and a friend made me aware of someone they knew who’d helped them. I was so happy with the service provided, from the initial contact to the end result. Ben and Josh were very friendly, efficient and informative throughout the process.

Ben and Josh have been prompt, thorough and helpful, doing 2 tree surveys for me. I would recommend them.

I used Tree Check for a mortgage report on my new house, Josh was able to visit the property the next day after I explained that I was working to a tight deadline. He liaised with the estate agent to arrange the visit and within 48 hours I had received the report which lead to my mortgage being approved! I will be using them again to inspect the big trees in my front garden, and I would highly recommend.
