Komorebi Wellness is an integrative health practice combining authentic Ayurvedic medicine with modern functional medicine and advanced diagnostic testing. We provide personalised Ayurvedic consultations, health and lifestyle assessments, tailored nutrition and wellness guidance, and bespoke herbal formulations rooted in traditional Ayurvedic practice. Our approach brings together 5,000 years of Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific insight, including access to advanced laboratory and genetic testing where appropriate. We work closely with experienced Ayurvedic practitioners and established Ayurvedic clinics and hospitals in India to help ensure our formulations remain grounded in authentic traditional practice. Every programme is personalised to the individual, with a focus on understanding the wider factors influencing health and wellbeing, including nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, energy, stress, metabolic health and overall balance. At Komorebi Wellness, our philosophy is simple: combine the depth of traditional Ayurveda with the precision of modern health science to provide an informed, personalised approach to long-term wellbeing.

Ben is a very knowledgeable holistic…

Ben is a very knowledgeable holistic and Ayurvedic practitioner. He is able to translate Ayurvedic concepts into practical nutritional advice which I could then easily integrate into my diet. The komorebi products are also of an incredibly high standard. Hand crafted with quality ingredients. I use the golden massage oil for myself and clients who absolutely love it. It smells delicious, is light and truly nourishing. The tea blends are also delicious and the kapha energising tea has really supported a diabetic patient of mine. Ben is a very passionate practitioner and I would highly recommend going to him for help with your health.

Komorebi is truly a one of a kind service

Komorebi is truly a one of a kind service and a first for me. I’ve been so impressed with both the products and the wellness advice. The honey and tea blends are fantastic, and you can tell the entire product range has been thoughtfully curated.
However, what really stands out is the knowledge behind the recommendations. Their advice is personal and holistic all while still being practical for modern life. It’s rare to find a service that combines such incredible products with genuine knowledge and care.
Highly recommend!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! I’ve been suffering with osteoarthritis and the products and dietary advice Ben recommended have worked an absolute charm. The personalised heating salve he made me has made a remarkable difference to my comfort and I am now able to move and sleep much better.

The herbal supplements have also made a noticeable difference to my digestion, mood and energy levels. I was very surprised with Ben’s deeply holistic approach, looking at the body as a whole, of which I’ve always been a huge advocate for, you can see the care, knowledge and passion he puts into his work.

I couldn’t recommend Komorebi enough.

Brilliant book !

After years of following holistic and alternative lifestyles, reading countless pieces of media in different fields, I can hands down say this book is up there with the best of them.

Very well put together and very easy reading (unlike a lot of others).

Highly recommendable and some amazing products. My wife loved the skin care supplements along with the tea bundle.
