Ordered online, got the confirmation email and confirmed arrived when I reached. Took more than 1h to handover the items to me.

While the shoe rack was great it didnt come with instructions. We bought it over a weekend, picked up and got home to realise the instruction sheet was missing. Tried calling Treasure box but they dont operate call center on weekends! So had to go back and get the instruction manual.

Value for money was the primary reason for my purchasing from Treasure Box. The lowboy I bought was exactly the size I needed. Fast shipping.

Delivery was fast , however , the bed has an awful smell and it is for my 13 year old daughter . Every morning I open her bedroom. The room smells stinky and fishy . I have to remove the bed as I am so worried that it will affect my daughter’s health . Don’t buy this bed .

Good communication from Treasurebox once the order was placed. The topper arrived after a short time and has transformed a horribly hard bed into a very comfortable one, as reported by my son.

I got a damaged product and I can never get on hold of customer service, I am looking forward to hear from you to solve this issue

Good website with clear pictures. Great to have a showroom to view some products and get an idea of quality. Great pricing.
Waiting time was a little long when collecting product as the email did say it was ready for collection.

While one of our items were still stuck in customs, they sent the other items without fail. We just moved from South Africa and currently do not have any furniture in our house. The smaller items were delivered the very next day. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and the items received were great quality! Very excited for the bigger items to be delivered!

The wardrobes are very sleek and minimal look and just like what I wanted for our home. It takes two people for it to be assembled but otherwise I love my purchase. Thank you. The delivery guy was also nice and helpful.

The website itself is easy to use, spme decent priced beds. Im excited fir my order, the bed looks great. im a little disappointed with the courier company as I had let them know over the phone and through you guys I wanted my order sent to the back of the house. Apparently the driver hadn't seen any note on that request. It was nice he tried to call first to let mw know if anyone was home but I had missed the calls so therefore order was left at the front of house. Im jjst curious as to why I have only received x1 part of my order and not all together at once, not upset about it as there will be a reason why.
