Excellent coordination and best hotel accommodation but itinerary needs to be modified as majority of the tour was during the public holidays hence all outlets, Xmas market etc where closed. There where day we did or saw anything..Bus allowance must be increased as it was parked KM away and we had to walk sooo much
When the itineraries are prepared such matters must be considered as all who paid money for the tour will come with an expectation and with kids.

And the right to modify seat must be given to passenger since its book as group passenger can't modify and i
had a very bad experience with flight booking.

Very good winter Europe tour well organized and planned, all credits goes to our tour manager Mr.Saurabh for taking care of each and every thing from hotel stay to visiting places mentioned, the food and all of us

Truly enjoyed the family trip to Switzerland and Paris, our tour guide Rajesh Ghosh Dastidar did a great job and took good care of all of us. We had sufficient breaks during long drives and enough time for all attractions. Rajesh is an expert tour guide and very detailed throughout the trip. Our coach driver Darius made the journey very smooth.

The best tour experience we could ask for lead by Mr. Rajesh Ghosh Dastidar! Everything was perfect and we had lots of fun.

We, family of 4 travelled with Trav tips, we had a wonderful Europe tour. Right from the hotel rooms to the itinerary everything was perfect. Mr. Rajesh Ghosh Dastidar is an excellent tour manager with full knowledge of the place , his each & every details helped us to venture the trip to its maximum. He is very humble & treats everyone personally. I highly recommend everyone to opt Travtips.

Eid Al Adha Holidays-Mystical Kazakhstan June 15th 4N/5D trip. Arrangements till take-off was perfect. But the local tour operator hired by TravTips was mediocre.
1. Airport pickup came 2 hrs late and the tour guide was unaware of the status. calls to their office did not help. The whole group of 30 pax were stranded outside the airport on the roadside without any update.
2. Tour guide was a novice and was unable to explain anything about the country, major landmarks, its history..etc. we were just dropped at each spot without any explanation or overview.
3. The planning was so bad that on Day2 the Indian dinner provided to us was so early at 5:30PM! and Day 3 hotel arranged for dinner was just average.
4. Time allocated at some of the spots were too less to even have a walk around.
Overall the experience was bad to say the least.

Travtips we took package for Europe. 12 days with travel, hotel and meal. I traveled with two kids.
I would highly don't recommend this group with kids as bus tour is very tiresome and no much time for sight seeing. Breakfast time always overcrowded and food gets finished and dinner tables are not booked and food gets finished. Bus is very dirt and dusty. 12 days we spend more time in bus but it's not cleaned once neither vaccumed. All the time in tour running and rushing no peace of mind.
Worst of all is tour manager niyoma she from first day shouted and yelling at people as she was boss and we were slaves. She came late many times and bus driver and she eat at bus but no kids and no allowed to eat.
Daily for front rows people fight and for food queue people fight but manager never come to protect ladies as specially men get angry on ladies. Totally not safe for women. If passengers fight manager get bias and treat good to people who she reserve gifts. Manager never take action against men who shout at women or push people in queue.

Food zero as only few times we get food
Itinerary good but no time to see properly
Dubai we get very good service from all travels and tours but worst experience with this.
Please read my review before you plan with kids and be prepared for fights, shoutand running for everything.
Manager insults even if you are late 5minutes but she comes late sometimes 30 minutes.
Totally unprofessional and unpleasant traveling.
Europe is beautiful but better go with famous travels to be safe then to be sorry with family.
I won't give even one star for bad tour manager niyoma.

Worst travel agency, unprofessional, avoid paying any money

it is an excellent experience to deal with TrvTips, Dubai. Very polite, smiling and courteous staff. Listen carefully and guide properly to my satisfaction. A very detailed tour plan established i.e Highlights of Europe.
All the best and continue to work more for such a tour plan.

Our Europamundo - Eastern Europe trip is in July 2020. Sofar Trav Tips given 100% professional service. Their staffs are highly knowledgeable. I hope they will satisfy our upcoming tour.

Tour advisory and service was very good 4*, well explained.
But Real time tour still need to organize well, didn't felt that we were on leisure trip. Its some short of Marathon, win win situation against the time.
Tour guide Mis Manika was helpful, we had argument with her on above to give sufficient time and then she realized, but still not up to the mark.
Moreover, how you expect that a person can eat same food throughout the trip lunch/dinner. In same costing you can have some short of different verities from Indian delight.

Excellent arrangements, Friendly and Professional guide, No hassle during transfer and tours.

It was to busy schedule, guide was very professional but or friendly felt like we are on a school going trip. Bus driver was very rude and cursing ppl when we asked him to remove pram on halts.

I was really happy for chosen the travtips during my Thailand trip. Hotel and tour guide was an excellent . The only issue i had the quality of food. If travtips would have arranged the better restaurant than I would have been wonderful trip. Apart from the above mentioned I didnt face any issues. Thanks

I have been with travtips to Thailand tour and enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Mr. Sameer and Mr. Sebin for conducting tours very well.
I would like also thank to Mr. Bosco and Mr. Sanil from travtips dubai office for the booking the tours and arranging the documents as well.

The whole experience was good especially with the locations visited. The only issue was the haphazard arrangement for one section of the group to reach Rovaniemi as many elderly people and families with small children had to board an early morning flight taking packed breakfast and then travel in a bus for 3 hours to reach the hotel whilst other section of the group where there were hardly any elderly people or small children got a direct flight to the destination saving a lot of time. It could have been arranged differently to avoid inconvenience.
