J'ai commandé le CD de Travis Scott en Août 2023, on est en Avril 2024.
J'ai relancé plusieurs fois par mail mais sans réponses.
J'espère le recevoir avant que Travis sorte un nouvel album hein
Non mais en vrai c'est inadmissible, je sais pas si c'est une arnaque ou si ils ont été débordé ou jsp mais j'ai bien perdu mon argent en tous cas.

I ordered a vinyl on 8/5/23 and I’m STILL waiting on a tracking number. No update whatsoever. All I’ve received are bogus emails from customer service talking about delays. Delays for 6 months! Insane and just absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. All Travis Scott cares about is ripping you off

Que dire de plus a part très décevant j’ai acheté deux sweat Travis Scott en colab avec Audemars Piguet à ma grande surprise la qualité est bad gamme déjà qu’il m’a fallu attendre 4mois et demi avant de recevoir ma commande sans surprise j’ai reçu 208e de frais de douane car j’avais effectué deux commandes séparé 🤦🏾‍♂️ j’ai rajouté une étoile en plus car ça se revend plutôt bien je vous ne recommande pas d’acheter sur ce site à moins que ce soit des baskets que vous pourrez revendre 5 fois leurs prix sinon c’est une perte de temps et d’argent

Ordered an item and the shipping was 6-8 weeks. I have now waited 12 weeks without any information from the seller about delays.

This is strictly against FTC regulations. Asked for a refund without any success. The costumer support seems to have no understanding of federal regulations and that the company breached the terms and condition they self’s.

Doesn’t matter how much you like the products, I strongly suggest to stay away from the company

Inadmissible comme tous les autres commentaires !!!! J'ai achetez le vinyle édition collector et bien sûr toujours rien reçu depuis début juillet ! J'ai demandé le remboursement impossible ! Je renvoie un mail et ce sont des réponses vagues en disant de les excuser pour l'attente !
Est ce que tous ces commentaires négatifs peuvent avoir un effet juridique sur le site ???

Bought hoodie as Christmas present for grandson. Item was received, ordered in us $ but shipped from Pakistan extra cost of £9 for uk tax paid to FedEx. Obviously one of those middlemen with a no returns policy….not the first time scammed on young peoples items. Got a refund once before by threatening to report to Paypal

Habe am ersten release Tag 3 Bestellungen aufgegeben bei seinem Onlineshop, das einzige was geliefert worden ist war der Hoodie und 3 shirts. Ich warte immer noch auf meine hose und 2 Caps. Es sind ca. 5 Monate vergangen ich werde abgedrückt mit es gibt einen delay die Ware wird bald versendet. Da ich öfters bereits bestellt habe und mit den angegebenen Lieferzeiten sowie den Importgebühren gerechnet habe ist dies nun eine unverschämtheit.

PayPal tut sich nix.

Colis reçu après 3 mois d'attente mais problème c'est que j'ai reçu que la moitié du colis. Des disques vynil tandis que la malette elle aucune nouvelle et vu son prix je trouve que c'est abusé un tel manque de professionnalisme. J'espère la recevoir avant 2024.

Nicht zu glauben! Travis Scott's Shop ist das LETZTE! Neben den Versandgebühren von 42 Euro folgen nun 46 Euro Importgebühren an. Das Set Vinyl und Tshirt hat weniger gekostet.

Bitte erzählt jeden von diesem Menschen und seinem Geschäftsverhalten. Travis Scott macht bewusst Geld mit diesen Geschäftsbverhalten.

Ça fait 2 mois que j’attend mon colis !! Le service client répond rapidement au premier mail (avec une réponse très vagues) et ensuite silence radio… Ils utilisent une technique pour ne pas vous rembourser, ils imprime l’étiquette du colis comme si ils l’avaient dans leurs stock donc sur votre appli de suivi c’est écrit que votre commande est validé et que votre commande est dans l’entrepôt sauf que c’est faux donc impossible d’être remboursé. J’espère le recevoir mais je pense que je vais devoir attendre 4mois voir plus… Très déçu

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE TRAVIS SCOTT WEBSITE! I ordered a pair of the Travis Scott Utopia’s on July 29th. Order # TSU1694194. The website said they would ship within 3 weeks on the order, it’s now over 2 months later and nothing! I emailed the company and they simply repeated that they should’ve been shipped out within 3 weeks and that we’re still processing orders? How are they processing orders when they only had 2 drops over 2 months ago!?They won’t cancel orders or give any refunds! Cancelling the charge on my credit card and warning everyone to NEVER buy anything from this company!

Commande passée début Juillet et toujours rien reçu fin Septembre.

i won exclusive access on air force 1 utopia size 8.5 mens,they say it will take 3- weeks and ss soon as they ship it to me they'll email me. right now
and almost everyday i always write something on their customer service
for a chance if i can get a good news.
but it's always automated email saying
i got the ticket# and they will get back to me later. i just want my money back
i'm so upset i will for sure not to let this happened again on their website.
