Expérience absolument horrible. J’ai passé une commande en juin 2026 et, à ce jour, 25 septembre, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun article, aucune information concernant l’expédition et aucune réponse à mes nombreux mails. J’ai également demandé un remboursement, mais toujours aucune nouvelle.
Je déconseille fortement ce site. Très décevant et aucun suivi sérieux de la commande.

Travis Scott, t’es peut-être bon en musique, mais niveau commerce, il vaut mieux rester à ta place.

ITS A MIX OF ALL THE COMMENTS BELOW. ITS BEEN FOREVER TO GET ONE JERSEY? REALLY? WHEN I BOUGHT, I AGREED TO WAIT 10-12 WEEKS, BUT ITS 14 WEEKS NOW AND COUNTING SINCE I BOUGHT. I TRIED TO CANCEL, THE DONT CANCEL DUE TO THE POLICY. I ASK FOR A NEW ETA AND THEY STILL GIVE ME GENERIC ANSWER. PROBABLY I FELL IN A FANCY SCAM.

Worst experience ever, I would put travis scott on the same line with triathlon company called “love the pain” which has completely same thing and reluctant to refund the goods, never shipping them and taking your money.
So, TLDR: if you want to cancel and refund your order, you can’t do it through travis scott website, But you have to contact your bank!

Absolutely shit waiting times - no promise you will even get your items

After years of trying for their shoe releases because they like to backdoor all the pairs to those they deem “worthy”, I finally hit on 1 of the pink pairs back in may and i bought a clothing item with them. Shoes came in about 2 months later and they were soaking wet and destroyed. Of course the shipping company said i needed to request a refund from the seller, and yall already know how that went🤦🏻‍♂️ i knew as soon as they told me that that i had basically been scammed and there was nothing i could do, and of course travis scott team FINALLY emailed back about a week later and said all sales final. So they scammed me for the shoes, and now here we are 4 months later and i STILL haven’t received the clothing item i bought with the shoes🤦🏻‍♂️ so about $250 or more spent and all i got was a ruined pair of shoes that nobody wanted to let me return. This company is 100% a scam!! You spend years trying for shoes cuz ur never going to win, they’ve already backdoored all the pairs before the release, and when you FINALLY do hit and get excited, ur shoes come in ruined and you can’t return them. I wouldn’t spend money with this company its just not worth it. If it doesn’t release on snkrs app i wouldn’t go for it. Made a complaint with the FTC and the BBB but im sure it wont amount to anything. Now i guess i have to reach out to my bank and dispute the charge and hope that works. Terrible company. Wish i could give 0 stars cuz they dont even deserve 1 star

Shipping estimates are decided by throwing darts at a board and have no real relation to when the product even ships. Estimated an 8-10 week SHIPPING window and going on 15 weeks with no updates or changes to status. Trav ain’t have to do the fans like this 😢

Ordered three items on 12 June 2026, order #TSF4053687, total 517.14 USD including shipping and DDP duties. The order confirmation stated shipping within 6 to 8 weeks. That window ended on 7 August.

As of 21 August, ten weeks after the order:

1. no items delivered
2. no tracking number for any of the three items
3. no status update of any kind

I contacted the shop twice via e-mail. Both times I received an identical automated reply stating that no refunds or cancellations are issued because production has begun. I never asked for a refund. I asked for the fulfilment status and a shipping date, and that question has not been answered.

To be clear, I still want the items. All I am asking for is a factual reply from a person: has each item reached the warehouse, and when will it ship.

Happy to update this review as soon as I get a substantive response.

De toute façon ne répondent pas aux différents mails ou questionnement ? hallucinant de médiocrité et ce genre de marque fonctionne encore... ?! ils veulent faire partie des grands noms du Luxe mais n'ont pas la culture ni les codes...

Figurine commandée il y a un an, le remboursement n'est pas validé sous prétexte d'un problème d'approvisionnement. Un an d'attente 200 euros pour un produit non reçu. Des voleurs.

Ordered a Oakley x Cactus tee. Delivery time was as stated on the website. Had no problem like others with a delivery. Had a different problem with my order but customer service helped me a lot and I’m really thankful.

Straight up stole my money. They cancelled my order but still charged me over $100 for absolutely nothing. Customer service is the biggest joke sending me the same generic response with 0 efforts in fixing the issue. Rich get richer from stealing from the less fortunate. Im beyond shocked mad & hurt.

Scammers, Travis Scott is a top artist, but should stop pursuing fashion using his platform. Massively damaging your brand. Customer service team just ghosted me. Order never arrived, still waiting 6 months later. £300 order!

Avoid them !!!! I was waiting 3 months, and finally my pack got lost somewhere. Customer service have you deep in the dark hole. Buying on this website is gambling - mostly you will lose your money. Their terms should be a hint for people, that the first page is covered with avoiding responsibility for packs that won't arrive to buyers.

No COMPREN. Crean las oponiones que se dejan, me han perdido un paquete que nunca me llegó y NO RESPONDEN. Hice una reclamación en DHL, y DHL dice que ellos se encarguen, ellos dicen que DHL se encarguen y así todo el rato.

Si les pasó algo, reclamen a su empresa de transporte (en mi caso DHL) y vayan a consumo, hagan una reclamación con ellos y pidan cashback en su banco.

I placed my order on November 18th, 2025. At the time of purchase, it clearly stated that production and shipping would take 10–12 weeks, and I was fully aware of that before buying.
The order was shipped within that timeframe and arrived in Portugal on March 3rd, 2026, so I want to be fair and say that the estimated timeline was respected.
However, I paid import duties and taxes at checkout. Now that the package has arrived in Portugal, I am being asked to pay customs fees again in order to receive it.
I have already emailed customer support and also contacted them via Instagram, but I have not received any response.
The delay was acceptable because it was clearly communicated. The lack of response and the double taxation issue are not.
I hope this gets resolved, but the absence of customer support communication is concerning.

Cactus hoodie ordered in May 2025, 250$ paid and no delivery!!!

- According to their courier company, after 5 months! the parcel was send back due to the stupid excuse of wrong address while the other small item from the same order was delivered correctly so it is total bullshit
- Courier reported RETURNED 4 months ago!
- BUT CJ team is repeating like a broken record that they haven’t received it and they are not responsible!!

So where is the staff or my money?? Simply stolen!!

Shame on you Cactus Jack!!!

J’ai commandé un coton ouaté de la collaboration entre Cactus Jack et Takashi Murakami, nommé « the path hoodie ». Bien que le temps d’attente est été très long, soit environ 4 mois, mon colis est finalement arrivé en parfaite état. J’ai reçu ce pourquoi j’ai payé et ça me satisfait amplement. Seul inconvénient il y’a eu des frais de douane non indiqués dans le prix d’achat, mais c’est compréhensible et je m’y attendais.

Absolutely $&@“?!’ horrible. Purchase the Travis Scott Barcelona Jersey and I haven’t seen the shadow of the product yet. We are soon counting 1 year from the transaction date. No response on email and the website is sneaky enough to plan the delivery date after the dispute of chargeback deadline.

Give me my product or money back.
