Pour une commande de 200 Euros Frais de douanes de 80 euros payables à la réception.
Impossibilité de retourner les articles et de se faire rembourser.
Qualité des vêtements pitoyable. Sweat pisseux et bouloché. Les ouvertures de la poche kangourou ne sont pas de la même taille des 2 cotés.
2 T shirts taille XL ne sont pas du tout taillé à l'identique au moins 2 tailles de différence.
Aucune étiquette de composition ni de provenance.
Etiquette d'une marque de base sur laquelle TRAVISSCOTT doit faire imprimer ses graphismes a été coupée.
Après enquête vêtement hors de prix fabriqués au Honduras un des pays les plus pauvre de la terre.

So me and my brother like collecting figurines and weird limited items so I buy 2 things (The Action Figure 2 set for me and the AR Goosebumps Nerf Gun for my brother)

Its a Preorder so it says delivery is mid October (purchased mid April) which I'm fine with, I'm pretty patient with this sort of stuff because it usually ends up fine, unlike this debacle.

Maybe every 2 months or so I get an update saying something along the lines of "Your order is still scheduled for Mid October" which I say "OK Cool"

Finally 16th of October comes around and I get the Action Figure 2 pack but no Nerf Gun which I find weird but it says on the TS Store that products can come in different times even if purchased in the same order, so I'm not fussed at this point.

it gets around to December without an update (unless I reach out to the crap Customer Service) and at this point I'm getting annoyed.

I am currently talking to the customer service again going back and forth because apparently my Order has been shipped when IT HASN'T BEEN...They just see that the action figure set has been successfully delivered and assume that it has..

Their Answer to me was "Place a claim through UPS"...They just deflect the blame onto the couriers as a scapegoat.

It seems that if you don't live in the U.S you literally cant do anything about your order because the customer service just doesn't give a single sh!t about you.

I will get an answer though....whether that is a full refund with Shipping + Tax or finally getting the item (which at this point is unlikely) I will get one of those....

Last year in November I ordered the CJ DIGITAL GIRL HOODIE from Travis Scott.
The colour in the photos is a dark charcoal and I received the hoodie and it was a light grey almost has pink in it?

The material is horrible! As if it’s been washed and used a million times! The material is like rolling little balls of cotton! I live in Australia so the rate exchange plus the postage cost me $207 all together!!!

I am so so upset and I’m praying I get a refund or something in return due to the disgusting piece of clothing I received.

I ordered the CJ Digital hoodie for my brother back in November didn't get my order till a week ago I would of understand the waiting period but to wait and receive such awful quality of clothes its horrible i mean I payed 120 dollars for it. It had fluff all over it looked like it had been used to images were peeling of already it was horrible I complained and what did I get? Ohh our merch is already washed and some other bull crap i was hoping a refund of atleast send a better one but no so disappointed my brother really likes travis but please man stop ripping people off

Être averti avant de commander. Commande très longue à arriver mais nous le savions. Le service client répond au mail après quelques jours donc fait à peu près le job. Par contre la mauvaise surprise est à la livraison. Frais de douane de 39 € pour récupérer le colis chez UPS. Jamais indiqué sur le site. J’ai appelé les douanes afin de comprendre. Hors Union européenne vous devez payer : la TVA sur le montant de l’achat et des frais de port. Considérez que vous avez acheté hors taxe car pas de tva aux usa et que vous la payez sur le territoire français. Ensuite franchise de 150 euros pour les frais de douane. (Mon cas donc pas de frais de douane sur mon achat). Si mon achat était au dessus de ce montant j’aurais payé une taxe de douane supplémentaire (barème sur le site très complexe mais pour du textile environ 12%). Et enfin les frais de dossier du transporteur qui a payé pour vous les frais de douane en attendant de les facturer à l’arriveee. Moralité : achat de 98$ frais de port de 28$ à l’arrivée frais de 39€ qui correspondent à la tva et à 15€ de frais de dossier.

I ordered the metal lunch pale from the McDonald’s collab at the beginning of SEPTEMBER 2020, I have yet to receive my order as of FEBRUARY 2021. I emailed them several times but I always get a generic response. At this point I don’t know if I can get my money back or if I’ll ever receive my order. If I do receive my order I feel like it won’t be what I expected. The only thing I can think to do is contact my credit union and see what they can do or suggest. All this over a 55 dollar lunch pale. Ridiculous. I’ll never order merch from him again.

I ordered the CJ Digital hoodie for my son in November 2020. After months of emails to cactus jack and getting nowhere. I disputed the sale with PayPal and within days the hoodie arrived. I have never seen such terrible quality, the fabric is covered in bobbles, there are loose threads all over and there is a mark in the hood. I’m going to complain. Never buying from this site again. Shame on them for ripping people off 😡

No no no, you guys will be responsible for this. This is not over.. I know that lots of travis scott fans are young and just accept things from cactusjack, I'm not. I'm alot older. I bought this the same week my father died last year and didn't really have the cash in this pandemic. I paid all this money for what? for you guys just tell me that you cant do anything about my PlayStation merch not arriving when it says delivered. I could have used that money towards my dad's funeral. This is a robbery. What did I pay for all this shipping and wait all this time for. I've already paid all that money for the mcdonalds merch and that took a million years to arrive. This is not the end. I will get my merch or give me my money back in full plus the taxes and shipping. This is very disrespectful to the people who support travis scott. My McDonald’s shamrock shake shorts came in today. This sh!t had a stain on it! Like a dab of ketchup! These shorts look nothing like what I ordered. I’d put a pic up but ofc they don’t want you to post how garbage the merch is. 0/10 no longer a Travis fan this is ridiculous. Check my profile picture that’s the stain. Package was also not sealed and had a few inches of the bag unzipped.

Ordered is September 2020 and here it is February 2021 and no merch! A lame generic email response and no way to get your money back. I CAN'T wait to be apart of this class action lawsuits. Frauds and you still have the nerve to sell and drop new merch that you can't produce. TS is trash!

Its February of 2021, I spent over $400 on merch and only 3 of the 7 items I ordered back in August of 2020. No refunds of course which in most states is illegal. Im glad there comfortable thinking it's okay to be ripping people off so my next step if to hire a lawyer have have them sue which would include the cost of the lawyer.. so for 400 this place is going to have to pay 10 grand.. Dont support this place ever.. dont support travisscott.com

So I ordered my ps5 march hoodie in November told they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to ship, 2 months later it came today. I paid $120 so I assume I'm getting good quality for example champion or sum. No it's super thin, I have a feeling after one wash the design will tear off. Its cute but cheap but with an expensive price tag.

Ordered the cactus jack slip ons MONTHS ago! Have not received them yet!! How do I get my money back!

His service is actually pathetic. I ordered his mcdonalds hoodie for my boyfriend and it has still never came. When I emailed them there was no shipping number even months later and their reasoning was delayed production. Sorry but for such a wealthy celebrity and paying his ridiculous price I didn't expect to be waiting ongoing 4 months for one (1) hoodie. Never ordering from him again, hopefully it will be here by valentines day even though I doubt it.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered 1 t shirt in November 2020 and took 3 months to arrive. There is no customer service available to you have to trust that you’ll get what you order. Because I ordered from the UK I didn’t mind paying the super expensive delivery fees. However this is basically just a huge scam as I was also slapped with another card fee when my shirt arrived 3 months later for another £23. Will never use this site again. Better off using depop for this brand.

I ordered since September/November its already End of January and still no merch from the Franchise drop and the playsation drop so disappointed that they cant ship out something so easy worst clothing experience to date 6 or more months strong waiting Might dispute a bank refund idkk the replies I get from support are delay and delay but other people have gotten it since when am I the only one?
