I booked a holiday via Travel Solutions Network as the agent acting on behalf of easyJet holidays for special assistance for my grandparents. Unfortunately due to the ill health of my grandma we decided to cancel the holiday with 60 days' notice which was in line with their policy of our deposit being refundable. Unfortunately they refused to refund our deposit despite us adhering to their policy. I would strongly urge anyone who is booking with this company to reconsider.

Adam Hallsworth was great with helping us book our holiday with EasyJet. He was very thorough, patient and listened to everything that was needed for our family. Excellent service and would happily use again!

Daniel Clyburn provided an excellent service and went out of his way to help us when the Ezyjet website went down. He sorted out our holiday and had to call us back several times.

Absolutely terrible, called as need specific requirements for special needs son for a low level room. Once paid for, doubled checked this had been organised, told it was. Emailed hotel and told lowest room for this room was a 5th floor. Hours of phone calls and to be told managers do not work weekends and still no answers. Takes hours to get through, do not use for advice absolutely terrible

After having issues trying to book a holiday on the website we rang Travel solutions network and Valerie was able to sort out the booking for us. In just over 10mins everything was booked and paid for with confirmation emailed received. Excellent customer service.
