Jake was very helpful getting my cancellation taken care of.

I would prefer to have had baggage be a part of my ticket and not have the price change so much. Jazmin Smith was helpful in finding me the best deal, but I would just prefer the price be final when I first make a purchase.

These people are S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S !!!! DO NOT book anything with them. After booking my flight, which includes one carry-on, I get a call from a rep saying my tickets are non-refundable, I can't bring a carry-on and one other restriction (that I can't remember). I lost it!!! I ended the call but, the rep called me back. After telling me earlier that I couldn't cancel the flight, she conceded and actually canceled the flight. I apologized, she rebooked the flight to include a carry-on and I thought that was it. HOWEVER, I find today that she charged me an additional unauthorized, mystery fee of $201.60. My CC company (American Express) said they can't dispute this charge because they're sure that "I was informed, in advance, about this mystery fee!!" Absolutely not, I was not made aware of a fee like this when booking this reservation. The rep, intentionally left this info out of the conversation. I would have never agreed to such robbery. After the rep did what I thought was the right thing by canceling and rebooking my flight, I gave the company a very favorable review. I was totally unaware of the hidden fee charged to my account! Be aware! TRAVELOCASE are THIEVES in hiding!!!!

SCAM

I would strongly warn people to stay away from Travelocase. In my experience, their booking process feels like a bait-and-switch scam.

They advertise a low fare, take your booking and payment information, and make it appear that you've booked a flight. Then you're contacted and told that the fare you selected isn't actually available and that you need to pay more to secure your flight.

What they do not clearly explain upfront is that the original booking may essentially leave you on standby rather than with the confirmed ticket you reasonably believe you're purchasing.

They also tried to make it sound like I couldn't simply cancel when the terms changed. That is absolutely not something I would accept. If they cannot provide the flight at the price and terms I agreed to, I can decline the upcharge and cancel. Do not let anyone pressure you into paying more by making you believe you have no other option.

Consumers should be clearly told BEFORE providing payment information whether they are purchasing a confirmed airline ticket or merely submitting a booking request that could result in standby status or a higher price.

I consider this practice extremely misleading. Verify your actual ticket directly with the airline, do not agree to unexpected upcharges, and do not allow yourself to be pressured into believing you cannot cancel.

I would never book through Travelocase again.

This site is an absolute scam. This is a traditional bait and switch. Offered me tickets round-trip for around 369 apiece. Purchased the tickets then later received a phone call telling me that the tickets I purchased were only for standby. This was absolutely not listed when I purchased the tickets. There was limited information. I’ve bought hundreds and hundreds of tickets in the past and have never experienced this. After receiving the phone call I advised them to give my money back. They said it was too late that the money was already with United. This left me basically no option other than to pay an additional $800 to ensure my son and I had seats on the plane. You can be sure I will be contacting an attorney and contacting Better Business Bureau.

While this service was very complicated and the cheap price I thought I was getting was not the price I got, as it ended up costing twice as much if you want to actually take any clothes with you and take a carry on. It comes out to about the same as the rest of the other ticket companies. 😆 But Aaron Samuel was very helpful in getting me through it all and in the end I now have my e- tickets for my flight in Oct. Nadalie helped with processing my payment earlier today due to an error in processing during booking. Jake helped issue my ticket confirmation and provided follow up services to my ticket adjustment.

My brother and I purchased a flight at a really good price, they then tried to force us to upgrade or else we wouldn’t recieve a ticket and still be charged at our original price, scam.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. This is a classic bait and switch scam, they will give you a flight for a terrific price and then tell you it’s not available at that price after you purchase it. So now you are forced to buy a new ticket for a much higher price and if you choose not to, you will still be charged for the initial charge even if you are not provided a ticket.
