Travelheights Omdömen

Steve at Travelheights was fantastic . Steve helped me secure flights within 2 days, sadly I had to fly to NZ as my mother was very ill. Besides this being a very stressful time , Steve kept in constant contact with me updating on my flight status

Initially I was very sceptical of booking tickets with Travel Heights and was a bit worried making a big payment to them but speaking to Rio gave me the confidence to go ahead and book it. He was very sympathetic and understood my worries and gave me options. I took a leap of faith and trusted him more than the company. He sorted out the tickets at a very good price and manage to get a bit of a discount on top. As our flights was for very next day he got our Tickets issued within 6 hours. Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely call him directly first the next time I need flight tickets.

I spoke to one of the customers services called Jennifer and she was really understanding and was able to help me based on my requirements. Thank you Jennifer!

I love this lady Jenifer she helps me a lot to booked this rush flight ,I will contact her again for another booking in the future

Steve our agent was a good listener and found us fair deals. He called back when he said and all went through problem free

Rio is the best!! Very friendly, compassionate and efficient. I was skeptical at first but after I checked the reviews I trusted them like the other clients who mentioned how great Rio was to them. Grateful also to his colleague who helped me complete the payment. Well done guys!! Keep it up!! I will book to you again on my future flights and will definitely recommend you to friends. God bless always🙏🏻

I have used their service many times now and always I am surprised by the better pricing that Elena can offer me compared to others in the market, she always ensures I get a good dela. Thanks for all your hard work and excellent customer service Elena.

Dealing with Rachael was great from start to finish, the updates were very fast and the detail was easy to understand, explained well and a great communication.

I was very sceptical at first as I’ve had bad experiences before with travel agencies. We couldn’t find any cheap flights ✈️ , but with the rescue of a helpful travel agent (Rio), he found a us a cheap/good flight ✈️
For anyone planning to book a flight I recommend Travel Heights as their customer service is top notch and they are willing to give you a helpful hand.

Jennifer provided a great customer service. She was very professional and helpful with constant update on my purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing with Ticket Heights, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. Jennifer not only provided me with a great deal, but they were also incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process.

Jennifer's approach ability and professionalism really put my nerves at ease. She made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to answer any of my questions. Jennifer went above and beyond to hunt down the best deals available.

I booked tickets for travel to South Africa for my family of 6. We all have different travel plans so needed slightly different tickets. Rio was great and patiently went though all options giving the best deal he could at a very reasonable price.

I’ve made my booking with Rio, it was a good experience. Rio was very polite and helpful and he has answered all my questions. It was clear communication and I would highly recommend to use this company!

Friendly and helpful staff, communication was prompt and to the point. Sorted my flights to Australia and resolved some problems with flight times to get me flights that were the most suitable

Thank you Rio for Super service and excellent communication throughout the booking system. Than you for making it hassle free. Will book again with your agency in the future.

Amazing service from Jennifer I'd highly recommend. I can't wait to go now. She sorted everything at a click of a button.

I had to book a last minute flight back to Australia due to a funeral.
The prices and availability were very limited online.
I was directed to travel heights and was contacted by Jennifer.
To be honest I was apprehensive as I had never heard of them and their price was better than others online.
I needn’t have been the price was good and my flights are all done and confirmed on the same day.
Brilliant service

Jennifer helped me to book flight for me the dates I wanted to travel and she also spoke to her manager to give me more discount on my ticket which I appreciate.hopefully I will be booking some flights in future . Thanks
