Top-notch service from the email to the actual trip! Travel All Russia exceeded my expectations. I did not have to worry about the Visa process, airport pickup, transportation, or tour guides. Speaking of the tour guides, Olga and Alla, two lovely ladies (separate cities), with knowledge equivalent to a Ph.D. The experience was so amazing that I cannot wait to book another trip with Travel All Russia. The icing on the cake--Russia is a beautiful country.

A great trip and splendid support from All Russia. One suggestion is to better alert travelers that when the schedule shows being with a guide between say 10am and 4pm touring a city, that does not include any time for meals and who wants to stop the tour for a meal. Just alert folks to bring snacks or get food at a corner food stand.

I highly recommend this company. I took a 3-week tour with them and thoroughly enjoyed it. The trip coordinator, Vera, was wonderful! She was on top of everything and took really good care of us. The local guides were all very good, the food was unbelievable- I crown Mother Russia as the Queen of Soups - and we all had a great time.

We had a wonderful trip in Russia. But while we stayed in St. Petersburg, our safe in the hotel room was opened. We later learned that at least two other rooms had their safe open. This left us (who had the safe open) very disturbed for the whole trip. I had to cancel all credit cards and was left with no credit cards to use for the rest of the trip.
The programs on the ship were poorly presented. Tours in each city (while we were on the cruise) were short. Moscow had road constructions everywhere. The tour guide was in a hurry rushing us through the sites.
Russia is a beautiful country with rich history, splendid culture and delicious food. Overall, the trip is a wonderful experience!

Best services from Travel All Russia. The Hotels at the best location and 6 stars rate. The ship is old but very classical, the food on board are excellent, the crew services are warm and professional. The transportation arrangement is perfect. No one complaint in the entire trip. This is the first time as group leader to receives such high complimentary.

This is an amassing tour so well planned by Firebirdstours and their consultant who I worked with. The guides are very well informed and helpful in every way. They keep to the planned timetable so that one can book and meet commitments in the free time. I found having free time important and more enjoyable so I was able to explore for myself rather than touring all day in a coach not having time to see what you really go for The accommodation is well chosen centrally located in each city. The transport drivers at pickup points were always reliable leaving enough time to meet other transports or commitments. Take clothing that is warm and as summer light weight as there are many terrains crossed in a short distance. I had such a good time I recommend this holiday.

Russia was so amazing, and thanks to Travel All Russia, a wonderful experience. From the ease of booking and helpfulness of my agent, Ben Schulze, everything went off without a hitch. Delighted to find our group had only 10 travelers, so much more pleasant than bigger groups. Our guides were fantastic, especially Alexis in Moscow. He went over and above his duties - helping find ATM's, getting us tickets and transportation to evening events and even walking us to locations that we weren't sure how to find. We were exposed to all the significant sites and still had free time to explore on our own. The only disappointment was the Hermitage because it was so crowded that it was impossible to see everything, but that was not the tour's fault. The hotels were both wonderful with the most amazing breakfasts. My only suggestion is to have a lunch break every day instead of just most days. I highly recommend Travel All Russia. I loved every minute.

Excellent tour guides in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. Schedule was a bit light for my taste.

In St. Petersburg, both Peterhof and Catherine's Palace were both beautiful, however, I would have liked to have visited additional art museums, and historic homes of writers rather that seeing two gold encrusted palaces.

I knew that St. Petersburg would be crowded in August, but was just overwhelmed by the number of tourists. Impossible to really "see" art in the Hermitage -- we were rushed thru so quickly (by the museum guards) to accomopdate the 35,000 daily visitors.

Other museums, especially The Russian State Museum, were exceptional. I visited it on my own, not part of the tour.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that they tried to cram too much in a short time. Should have had one more day in Moscow and perhaps one more in St. Petersburg.

We found Firebird easy to work with in planning our tailored Scotland journey for 3 couples. The itinerary was as we requested and the logistics were excellent. Our accomodations were very good with one exception. Our driver/guide was the best(Sergio LaSpina). He went above and beyond , taking us to out of the way places that an ordinary canned tour would not.I cannot say enough good things about him.

We recently traveled with Firebird Tours on their small group Scandanvia tour. This was the perfect type of tour for us - they arranged all of the travel hops and 3-hour city tours, otherwise we were completely independent. Over a 2-week trip, we visited 7 cities which involved a lot of moving around. Their logistics were well executed and flawless each time in getting us between cities. We also really liked all of the hotels they booked. The travel agent I worked with in planning the trip was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Firebird Tours.

The tour was amazing. I couldn't get enough of seeing all the palaces, cathedrals, museums. Everything was better than I expected and the tour guides were definitely top notch. Surprisingly, the hotels were better than what I've stayed at in America.

My husband and I recently traveled on the "Grand Tour of Russia" - with the Volga Dream 6 night river cruise from St. Petersburg to Moscow in addition to touring opportunities for 3 days in St. Petersburg and 3 nights in Moscow, transferring to the Golden Eagle Train for 12 nights across 9,258 kilometers and 7 time zones, ending in Vladivostok for one night before heading home. In 29 days, we visited two countries - Russia and Mongolia - visiting 9 World Heritage Sites while on the adventures. Both tours were exceptional with very nice accommodation, knowledgeable guides, educational seminars by experienced professors, interesting exploration, great food, and courteous staff.

Our agent, Evelina Rozenbergaite | Senior Travel Specialist, was responsive, timely and adept at handling requests for days we were self directed before joining the tour .. obtaining event tickets for days when we were on our own, hotel accommodations, and research into new Russian customs requirements.

The logistics department adeptly handled the myriad of details necessary for the month's long travel to go smoothly. The online experience was very smooth with details posted to our account so that we were informed about items including payments, itineraries, accommodations, transfers, travel documents, Russian visa requirements, local currency, etc.

The visa department through their online services provided an efficient process for submitting the data electronically for visa application, tracking progress of the process, and facilitating the actual insertion of the Russian visa into our passports and return of those passports timely.

Would definitely recommend the agency for such a complex trip.

Our 2 week trip to Russia could not have been better! Sim worked with us to arrange private tours of Moscow, St Petersburg and the Golden Ring, including top notch accommodations and first class rail service. Our guides were outstanding...knowledgable, flexible and spoke perfect English. The drivers were on time and skillful. The included meals were tasty and thoughtfully selected. The hotels were as good as any I've stayed at and I am a veteran traveler. Our flight to Moscow was canceled and without the ability to inform Travel All we had to take another flight on a different airline to a different airport, and our bags were lost to boot (none of this arranged by All Russia) but even after a half hour at customs completing the paperwork for the bags our driver was in the reception hall waiting for us! There wasn't one thing Travel All Russia did that could have been improved. I look forward to using them again for a future adventure.

Volga Dream: Moscow to Saint Petersburg -- Our experience exceeded our expectations on every dimension. Your ship staff, all of them, are exceptional. We learned so much from each of them and especially from the on-board history professor. The food was superb, the cabins comfortable and the daily briefing sheets helpful. Staying in hotels close to the sights in both Moscow and St. Petersburg was perfect. Guides in both places were of high quality. well informed and full of positive energy. The Volga Dream attracts a diverse international clientele; that adds positively to the on-board experience.
