David assisted me with booking my flights. He was very knowledgeable and helped clarify every one of my questions. He offered solutions to my needs and concerns, and was efficient with the process. At the end of David's shift, he promised to call me back the next day to follow up with one last task, which he did do that. The most impressive part though, is that I called back a week later and he remembered who I was and the details. He even answered my questions before I needed to recollect his memory. I think David's work performance is amazing and I would love to use him for future travel arrangements. Thank you, David 😉.
