They really tried me! Before I booked my flight I called customer service to ask questions to make sure they were a reputable company. After gaining the trust I booked my flight. Suddenly I get a call from a rep letting me the price I paid is no longer available so they would have to increase my fares $100+. Oh no! Please cancel my flight. I will book with a trusted airline. They are a straight up scam!

MyTicketDeal.com may be a TrustPilot verified company. But do not trust this company's tactics. Read all the 1 star reviews and it pretty much sums up my experience. I got the call back because my transaction was pending. "Brian" claimed the low fare option I chose was no longer available. I got the $241 upsell, which I nearly agreed to...until I was called back by "Adrian" when they attempted to book my flight on my behalf. They needed the OTP (One Time Password) I received on my cell phone. The OTP text begins..."DON'T share this code." Thankfully, the airline company put that check in place. When I told "Adrian" to cancel the transaction, I received another hard sell. I bailed. I did not supply my cell number to MyTicketDeal.com. But I did supply my credit card number. And why did the online form ask for the Email associated with my bank when I provided my credit card info? Who does that? Another red flag. And in this day and age, why can't software tell you if a fare is not available? Please retry. And why is the fare that is no longer available still advertised on MyTicketDeal.com? Isn't the whole point of the (quite effective) search engine to pull from available fares? I went directly to the airline website. The original fare was still available. So I booked direct. No accusations, but my hope is that this verified company is not just a front to collect and sell personal/financial information for the black market.

It was ok, would I use them again absolutely not. To many changes in my flight, was not even aware of one of the changes until I called to confirm my flight. That would have been a disaster, they did not send a email or text. They are very friendly though.
