The tour exceeded our expectations! From the first conversations we had with the representative, we were impressed with his depth of knowledge and the trust he inspired.The guides on the tour were incredibly well-trained and knowledgable, and the drivers were courteous and respectful. The hotels were excellent and the breakfasts were huge and sustained us well into the afternoons. The stop and start times for the group tours were just right--we were not rushed in the morning and had time later in the day to explore on our own. We were fortunate that our fellow group travelers were good tour companions. The company handled the visa process smoothly and they asked for feedback several times throughout the entire booking process which indicated their concern for quality. It is evident that Travel All Russia values the customer. We would travel with them in the future.

Enjoyed the whole journey from St. Petersburg to Ulan Bator. Sight seeing in all places was great with many surprises to learn about the History of each place. All the guides (English speaking) were so good to explain every thing we would always remember them fondly. Kremlin Visit, Moscow Subway visit, touring many Churches, Buddhist Monasteries, Camping in the mountains in Mongolia and the exciting Train journey through Siberian wilderness would remain fresh in our Memories for ever! Our trip to Russia, Finland and Estonia was planned and executed to perfection! Communication, transfers and accommodations were outstanding and our guides were extremely knowledgeable. The UNESCO private tour of Russia and Kazan was truly amazing . We were thrilled with every aspect of the tour arranged by Agne for us and our two friends. Travel all russia help us plan our 2 weeks trip to Russia. It was excellent starting from the quality of drivers, cars, guides and any other service you can think off. The amazing thing was that we had 2 kids and everyone was so kid friendly. Very impressive and definitely recommended.

We were very pleased with our visit to Russia arranged by Firebird Tours....they allowed us to tailor our program to our explicit interests and the guides they chose for us in the two cities were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Firebird also ensured that our river cruise was comfortable and, again, guides were exceptionally helpful.

Firebirdtours or Travelallrussia have been been efficient, luxurious and very reliable to for our recent trip to Moscow and St.Petersburg. The private transfers in a Mercedes, knowledgeable English speaking guides and choice of hotels were excellent.Surely we would avail their travel support and recommend to friends!!

My wife and I have just returned to Australia after a month in Europe. Our first part of the trip was the ‘Treasures of Two Capitals’ 9 day tour of Moscow and Saint Petersburg with Firebird/Travel all Russia.

We arrived at Moscow airport early in the morning and were pleased to be greeted by our driver who transferred us efficiently to our centrally located hotel. Despite arriving early at the hotel we were soon allocated our room, so free for the rest of the day to explore Moscow at our own leisure.

The hotel chosen by Firebird/Travel all Russia, Courtyard Marriott was excellent and well located to all the central attractions. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of cold and freshly cooked food. The dining staff were very attentive and helpful.

The following morning we met up with our guide and the rest of our small group of fellow travellers. Our guide, Alexi, was friendly, knowledgeable and had great people skills. For the next few days he entertained us with his vast understanding, passion and knowledge of Moscow.

All tours were well organised, ran smoothly and there were no delays queueing at the attractions. The tours of the Kremlin, Tretyakov Gallery & Moscow Subway were amazing. We also had sufficient spare time to explore Moscow at our own leisure and even at night time we felt safe.

We did a private river cruise to view the wonders of Moscow by night, which was very colourful and interesting. Our guide, Tamara, was very informative with many insights into the local culture.

At the end of our tour in Moscow, our guide escorted us to the train station to take the High Speed Sapsan Train to St Petersburg. Our guide organised all the logistics of the transfer of our luggage without us having to worry about it.

Upon arrival at St Petersburg, we were met by another guide, Constantine, and transferred to the Corinthia Hotel for the remainder of our stay in Saint Petersburg.

The Corinthia Hotel was again well located in Saint Petersburg and within walking distance of most of the major attractions. Firebird/Travel all Russia certainly chose two excellent hotels on this tour and they could not be faulted for accommodation, service and breakfast.

Over the next days we experienced the essence of Saint Petersburg with a guided tour of the city, followed by visits to the wonderful Hermitage Museum, Peterhof and Pushkin.

We did two private tours, a Russian folk show at the Nikolayevsky Palace and the raising of the drawbridges night boat tour.

The Russian folk show was an exciting showcase of traditional Russian dance and song, brilliantly performed with vigour and passion. It included nibbles and wine/vodka during the interval. Well worth the visit.

The raising of the drawbridges night boat tour was on a very cold night and we didn’t return to the hotel until after 01.00 hrs, so a very late finish, but certainly a spectacular unique experience!!! The guide on this tour (unfortunately can’t remember her name) was particularly brilliant.

Transfer to the airport on our final morning went smoothly; our driver was waiting for us in the lobby and the journey was uneventful.

Overall we would recommend Firebird/Travel all Russia; their service from start to finish was impeccable. First rate performance, we would certainly recommend them to our friends and will use them again ourselves in the near future.

Our trip was fantastic. Professionally handled by Ksenia from Firebird Travel. She and her colleagues handled everything: hired vehicles, guides, tickets, ballet reservations, restaurant reservation (including roses for my wife on our anniversary).
I will unquestionably use her and her company for any and all travel that they are able to help with.

I recently did a 7 day tour of Russia organised for me by Agnes from Fire Bird Tours. I travelled with my adult daughter and we had our own driver and our own guide in both St. Petersburg and Moscow. They did all arrangements for us including Visa applications (which were very complicated) and all went smoothly from the pickup at the airport to the delivery to the airport on our return. Our guides in both cities were very knowledgeable and both were lovely ladies, and our Hotels in both cities were of a good standard. One of the best things our guide organised for us in St. Petersburg was the porter at the railway station who meet us at our car and took our luggage on a trolley through small alleyways on and off security belts with the ease of an Olympic weight lifter and even put the ports on the train for us, he was definitely our hero for the day. I have no hesitation in recommending Fire Bird Tours for anyone thinking of going to Russia as it was absolutely worry free. Thank you Agnes

Magnificent trip to Russia! I wasn't sure what to expect in Russia but whatever preconceived ideas I had wasn't what I found. Moscow was as cosmopolitan as any European city only cleaner and safer. Travel All Russia-Firebird Tours handled all the arrangements for my 10 day tour in Russia including the visa. They were quick to respond to any questions I had which were many. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

My immediate family and me booked a five-night tour of Moscow. We were a bit anxious about the entire process, never having been there before but knowing that it is not easy to communicate (or read the signs) in Russia. The transport was waiting for us at the airport at the convened time and we were taken to our superb accommodations close to the Bolshoi Theater. The next morning we met our Spanish and Russian speaking guide, Natalia, who was simply excellent. Travel All Russia and Natalia quickly erased our concerns and made for an extraordinary visit. We loved Moscow, a beautiful, interesting and surprisingly (for anyone visiting from the West for the first time) lively city. I fully recommend Travel All Russia.
