Arriving on a cruise I was a bit nervous to book a private tour package instead of the ship package but I am glad I did. The price was roughly equivalent but the level of service was nothing short of first class.. We spent two days touring St. Petersburg with our guide Helen and driver Igor. All of our visa preparation was handled professionally and we had no trouble at immigration. Helen, our guide was waiting for us with a sign and took us to Igor, our driver, and his beautiful new E Class Mercedes. Helen was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to be with and Igor was a superb driver. In two days we saw a large variety of major sites and even had some time for fur shopping. With only two days in St. Petersburg this was absolutely the best option. We were able to adjust our schedule and activities real time and we had time to simply enjoy the different sites. I cannot recommend Travel All Russia highly enough.

Took epic Trans Siberian 20 day journey Vladivostock to Moscow April may 2017 Logistically excellent Guides were there at the stations ,waiting for us ,drivers fine ,Guides overall apart from Vladivostok were fine,withMark at Lake Baikal .very good ,Drivers were fine .The meals provided on the train were Poor, beyond poor ,and actually Rubbish ,and the prices you paid for meals not provided on itinerary ridiculously expensive and RUBBISH. The meals and restaraunts selected for meals at various cities were on the whole dreadfully repetitious ,and some of the Restaraunts we were taken to,were,like eating in a CEMETRY AT NIGHT just awful.The first class Carriage as basic ,small and would not rate as a second class in any major railway in the world, and yet this is the Showpiece,of Russia ,the cities we visited,we did not have time to really explore ,we spent more time finding the Lunch venue,than we did exploring the Cities and understanding there history.The Hotels on a whole were good ,Novosibirsk Hilton was the most incompetent ,as regard customer service ,for which they would get a minus5, or a RUBBISH note. Was trip wortwhile Answer YES ,Learnt a lot more about Russia ,Would I go again NO Would I recommend the same trip to others NO,IT WAS. OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT WAS Avoid the Stolby mountains trip,this is an overrated trip,The old believers village trip from ULAN UDE was excellent ,with the caves from Perm being interesting. INTERESTING enough is ,THAT nobody from TRAVEL ALL RUSSIA HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT US ,AS RE THIS TRIP ,SINCE WE RETURNED. HOME.In the end was the trip worth it we paid £9500 plus extras for two people ,we would have liked a small group but travelling from Vladivostock to Moscow is probably not the norm,but. This is how we did it,The answer ,is yes the trip was worth it , for what we. Learnt about RUSSIA But not the. Price we paid .Denis M Henderson

We just returned from an amazing tour of western Russia. Moscow, St Petersburg and the Golden Ring. We experienced rural Russia as well as large cities. Our guides were very knowledgeable and spoke very good English, acquainting us with classic architecture, Russian Orthodox churches and the culture and habits of the people. Our accommodation was centrally located in both Moscow and St Petersburg. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of foods. The tour program was well thought out. Would travel with this tour company again.

Great trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Wonderful tour guides and amazing van drivers. The hotels were top notch and Monica was extremely helpful for the pretrip details. The few evening meals could have been better but lunches were nice. The hotels provided great breakfasts.

I recommend this trip to any who haven't been there. Be prepared for lots of walking. My feet were killing em by the end of the trip. I wonder what my next Russian venture will be in 2018?

First of all Monika Skuodyte is an asset to your organization and her outstanding customer service made it very easy for us to organize this trip.
All tours, accommodation and tour guides were excellent but I have to mention that Sergai, our Golden Ring tour guide was simply outstanding in his knowledge, customer service and meeting all our needs and requests.
Breakfast and lunches were also very good, however we were a little disappointed with the dinners. You could definitely improve on those.
I would definitely recommend Monika and your organization to my friends and will contact you when planning my next trip.

We just finished a very complex trip of Poland, Lithuania, Latjia, Estonia and St Petersburg. - In a combination of traveling methods (train, flights, ground on cars and tour guides). - The trip transcurred without any incident and the quality of the hotels, transport, tour guides and drivers was outstanding.- The logistics were met as planned, the airport and train stations transfers and/or pick ups on time.-one turn off was the Russian visa protocol but it was made easy by letting Travel all Russia take care pf that,- Hurray for Travel All Russia!! an standing ovation Al and Julia Gomez

This was a trip of a lifetime and I received the VIP treatment from this tour company from the guides to the accommodations to the excursions. etc.

St. Petersburg, Russia is the most amazing city that I have ever experienced!!! Travel All Russia made it magical and flawless! I definitely and unequivocally recommend this company. My trip planner, Aiste, was terrific! My tour guide, Evie, was amazing and she is 100% the reason my trip was so incredible! (also a shout out to my driver Michael). I am already saving up to go back as soon as I can, and when I do I will be using Travel All Russia's services again.

I enjoy the trip very much, our tour guide was wonderful. But my only complaint is why were we give a guide from Romania and not one from Russia?

I arranged a personal Trans-Siberian tour with Travel All Russia. The tour lasted three weeks, starting in Moscow, ending in Beijing, passing through Mongolia.
All the arrangements with hotels, airport and train pick-ups, and guides were of high quality. I had no problems during the tour.
And the Travel All Russia logistics office in Saint Petersburg was very helpful with Russian customs, when my suitcase was delayed from arrival from the U.S. to Moscow -- a problem not caused by Travel All Russia. This was an extra service much appreciated.
Based on my experience with this Trans-Siberian tour I highly recommend Travel All Russia.

My wife and I and another couple used Travel All Russia to plan and implement a two-week private tour of Saint Petersburg, Russia and the Golden Ring for the four of us in September. Our advisor was Ivan. He worked well with us, proposing an initial itinerary and revising it numerous times as we proposed changes -- either in things to see or do or in how to spend our day (e.g., spending an entire day at the Hermitage instead of combining it with other sights on the same day). He was very flexible.

Travel All Russia provided all of the forms and directions to request our visa and walked us through that process. We had no problems.

We were met at the airport by a driver and at each transfer point during our trip -- leaving the Saint Petersburg hotel to get to the train, arriving at the train station in Moscow, leaving our hotel in Moscow to get to the airport -- a driver was there and on time.

In each location we had an English speaking guide and a driver. The guides were very knowledgeable, moved us up to the head of the lines at times, answered all of our questions and, in general, made our trip more fulfilling than it would have been otherwise. Our usual daily schedule was to be met by our guide at 9:30 or 10:00 and spend until 3:00 or 4:00 out and about, returning to our hotel for the rest of the afternoon and evening. Ivan had originally scheduled lunches and dinners in our itinerary but we nixed that (with the exception of when we were in the Golden Ring) because with the opportunity for a large hotel breakfast we didn't need or want to spend time during the day for lunch and, for dinner, we expected to be able to find places on our own via TripAdvisor (which worked out very well -- so many delicious meals at places highly regarded by travelers on TripAdvisor). At one point in the trip we modified our itinerary to include a visit to the Monument to the Heroic Defenders of Leningrad (a combination monument and museum that wasn't in our original schedule) and this was easily done at a small cost.

The hotels that Ivan scheduled for us were very comfortable and in good locations.

All-in-all, we were very pleased with the planning and service we received from Travel All Russia. This being our first trip to Russia, we felt reassured that we had them lining everything up and standing behind us in case anything went wrong. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

As an Australian traveling in Russia and only speaking English, having someone to organize everything for us was essential.
Travel All Russia were fantastic. We were traveling as a couple and wanted to have as many stops along the Trans Siberian as possible. The logistics are mind blowing and the company sent everything that was need, including the arrangements for visas.

We traveled Russia via the Trans Siberian Railway, through Mongolia and China to Beijing. Sim was our travel advisor and he was fabulous in constructing an itinerary that met our specific requests. He was always available to answer our questions and, most importantly, was available when we experienced logistical difficulties while en route. He custom designed a tour for us starting in St. Petersburg, Moscow, where we boarded the regular (working) transsiberian train. We stopped at Yekaterinburg, Kazan, novosibirsk, krasnoyarsk, Lake Baikal, Ulan Bator and flew out of Beijing. In addition to our expected itinerary we had the opportunity to golf in Mongolia, stay in a Mongolian Ger camp, boating excursion on Lake Baikal, tour a mulberry silk factory in Beijing.. Our hotels were excellent and our tour guides were knowledgable and willing to accommodate special requests. This was the trip of a lifetime with no mishaps or unpleasant experiences (the train is quite basic, bring your own water and food). I would highly recommend Travel All Russia and plan to book another trip with Sim in the future.

Firstly, I was flabbergasted in Russia's history, rich culture, profligate and ornate designs of the palace's interior, vibrant cities of both Moscow and St Petersburg, spectacular Russian orthodox churches.

I was impressed on the travel agent in St. Petersburg only including the drivers (for both cities) except for the tour guide in Moscow.

The Moscow tour guide was unprofessional showing up late for both days 20 mins and 1 hour. Your kind and friendly driver has to pick me up alone from my hotel. (when it states in the itinerary to pick me at the hotel lobby (really baffling). Also what I was really upset about was two things:
1) lunch on the first day which I had to foot the bill for 2241 ruble s (35USD++) she said that we share, but I paid it in full on my credit card (would really appreciate if there are any chances of retrieving the half of it?). Of course , i didn't argue nor complain as I don't want to ruin my trip and I might be left alone in Moscow. (She always mentioned that some of the tour groups have attitude and she didn't like it, so I am completely blank on how to behave as I am in a foreign land). Also she was always catching her breathe, we always need to sit down or she let me tour on my own (lols)... furthermore, the constant insistence of eating at this Georgian restaurant (that cost me 2241 rubles and vegetarian, which I am not). anyway, i will NOT recommend her and she has ruined my perception of Moscow.
2) she skipped the Diamonds Fund.. which I paid for?! or was included in the itinerary but we didn't go to..
Not even sure if this company will compensate me for this.. sigh..
I never dared complain nor argue when I am in a foreign land as I do not want to get in trouble.

On the other hand, Misha, Nikolai and the St.Petersburg tour guide were a delight. They have entertained me and was very friendly all throughout the tour. She was very passionate and explained in depth Russia. I didnt even have to read history beforehand. Nikolai gave me some berries and apples, also used his harmonica to play tunes. (Very talented). Lastly, Misha is very innovative, using his google translate to communicate with me effectively. They have treated me with utmost respect and warm Russian hospitality. The 3 should be elevated in your team ( highly recommending them)

Our tour itinerary was perfect for us. We had phenomenal guides that were highly experienced. The drivers were exceptional and the hotel accommodations were in ideal locations.
We had a wonderful time!

My husband and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our recent 3-week trip to Russia, much of it with many thanks to the outstanding service and attention to detail in the way Travel all Russia organised our tour.

The hotels we stayed at in Moscow and St Petersburg were first rate, and our 6-day river boat cruise on the Volga River, one to remember - it was a top quality cruise with superb crew.

Moscow in particular for us was a revelation, a city up there to match the very best of the top cities in the world such as London, Paris and New York, all of which we've visited several times - we definitely plan to revisit Moscow in the future and certainly will reuse Travel All Russia to arrange our trip!

We travelled with Travel All Russia in September 2016 through Siberia to Mongolia. The guides, hotels. travel and transfer arrangements were perfectly organised and thoroughly enjoyable.

Although we had previously travelled independently in Russia, this was our first visit to that part of the world and we would definitely recommend using them again. Travel all Russia arranged everything for us, from the moment we landed at the airport near Moscow until we were taken to the airport at St Petersburg for our flight home. Arranging for our Russian visas was also a bonus.
Our guides and drivers in both cities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Moscow subway tour, St Basil's church and the Kremlin. The GUM department store in Moscow was fun to visit. Pushkin and Peterhof were amazing. The Hermitage Museum was spectacular and we went back later to see more. We ate at some excellent restaurants in both cities, recommended by our guides. All in all it was a perfect trip.
