As of now, Traqq is able to safeguard customer information for up to 2 calendar years. This being said, customer information after a given period is deleted for security and compliance purposes.
Any report can be downloaded from Traqq in one click in the format of your choice or simply exported to Google Drive. Additionally, you can schedule reports to be sent to your email automatically. This way you'll be able to find all the old reports directly in your inbox anytime.

Traqq is easy to use and support is responsive
Traqq is easy to use and allow our team members to track the time spent in the project. We can also get pdf reports, which is great for our accounting team - it is easy to see the total time spent in a time period (eg month) and how much each team member is owed.
Support reaches out and helps us solve issues whenever there is one. Its refreshibg not having to deal with annoying AI bots.
We miss the feature of the blurred screenshots - which we were told won't be comming back (not sure why, regulation in their country?), but it does track activity, which is good enough for us at the moment.
Its pretty easy to use too - hope they keep it simple like that.
Our team uses iOS and windows, which works fine. A year ago though we tried it with Debian and it wouldn't track activity. Not sure thats solved - you might want to check with them. At the time they said they were working on it.
Anyhow, pretty happy - think its best to support small startups than the big companies they have as competitors.

Good program, terrible customer support
The program looks good but if you have any questions or need assistance, they are hopeless. Once you pay your yearly fee, there is zero support. Been trying to sort out an install issue and 3 months later we still don't have it working even though we have paid our money. We won't be renewing at the end of the contract due to no customer service.

I reported a glitch in staff earning reporting and got a reply only after several messages and a month. The issue was not solved. Support argues that they replied earlier but failed to show any proof.

Pros:
- Good value for money! With the subscription program, all teams’ communications are streamlined, activities are being monitored, and reports are made available
- The customization option is very useful!
- Payroll is without any fuss. Payment process if made more efficient.
Cons:
- With so many features, I would like the app to give a suggestion on the most effective way to utilize this app! As a first time user, I am worried that there are some features that I will only get to know after trial and error

Easy to figure it out
It is user-friendly, it feels natural to figure it out and it does not only control the time you are working on the project but you can run several reports on it.
Traqq's biggest limitation is the lack of a mobile app. This makes it less convenient to track time when you're outside the office.

It's amazing
The fact that this app is free for freelancers such as myself is quite surprising as it helps so much with my work. The app tracks billable hours so i can bill clients for the correct amount of hours worked. The app also has features like screenshots and/or screen recordings to provide proof to my clients that the hours billed are 100% billable. Great piece of software!!

User Friendly with responsive customer Support

App works fine but customer support does not exist at all
The app works fine but the customer support does not exist. They never answered to any of our customer support requests.
We will move to a different service. No idea what this is but I rarely experienced a shittier customer support.

Traqq is a game changer
Traqq's strength lies in its ethical tracking feature. Smart solution for both management and employees, providing a way to respect the employees’ privacy and efficient accountability. While the ethical tracking feature is commendable, it would be good to be able to customize it on some occasions.
