Good support. Be careful before you go premium like me.
What I experienced with the premium plan is that sometimes the yearly pricing increases without prior noticing (let's say an email notification). This is something their team should have communicated better in terms of transparency.
The good thing is that after reaching out to their support team and complaining about this issue, they responded back immediately telling me that I was right and refunded my whole renewal while keeping my subscription active for one more year for free. That was too generous and fair.

Great translation plugin with lots of options and easy to use interface, and a very friendly service. It wasn't right for me because I have very long texts and the individual paragraph translations was too time consuming for me (but I would use the plugin again when able to hire help to do the translations for me). When I explained to them my situation they gave me a refund, no problem.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're glad you found TranslatePress easy to use and appreciated our support. We understand that translating long texts manually can be time-consuming, which is why we also offer automatic translation using our TP AI automatic engine, Google Translate, or DeepL. This feature allows you to translate your content effortlessly, saving time while still delivering high-quality results.
If you decide to give TranslatePress another try in the future, with or without extra help, we'd be delighted to assist you. We're always here to support you.

We sincerely apologize if we fell short of your expectations and caused any frustration.
Our goal is always to provide effective guidance and empower users to better understand our plugin's functionalities. While we encourage interactive troubleshooting to help build familiarity with the tool, we understand that this approach may not suit everyone, particularly those who prefer or require more direct intervention.
We are deeply sorry if there was a delay in resolving your issue or if you felt that we did not help enough. Your input is invaluable, and we’ll use it to improve our response times and clarity in future interactions.
We’re glad to hear you were ultimately able to resolve the issue.
Thank you for considering TranslatePress, and we hope we can exceed your expectations if given another opportunity in the future.
We love many languages – easy possible with TranslatePress
A great plugin to easily offer the website in multiple languages. TranslatePress also allows authors to maintain translations and translate new texts. The optimization for SEO is also very good, so that our website can now be found in different languages. We love this plugin and don’t want to use any other. The best thing is that the loading times do not slow down and the website is still available in multiple languages.

Helped us Reaching International Customers
We used TranslatePress on our website for a year and it really helped us reaching international customer base. It automatically translated the texts we created in our own language (Turkish) into English, Spanish, French and Arabic, which helped us defeating the language barrier quicker.
