Purchased goof proof screen printed…
Purchased goof proof screen printed transfers, white base with gold and red. Was not specified that the base puts a white outline around the entire image. These are going on a black shirt and look absolutely awful with the white outline. So disappointed as I spent outside the budget to have a nice product that would have a sharp clean image on an expensive hoodie…I should have just printed myself.

For screen printed transfers, requesting a white base it does create a visible white outline, which is what allows the light colors (like gold) to stay bold and opaque on dark garments. That said, we understand this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of ordering, and we should have done a better job explaining how the base would affect the final look.
Our customer service team has already connected with you and processed a full refund, and we appreciate the opportunity to make that right. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve how we explain these options moving forward so expectations are clear before production.

UPS shipping charges were…
UPS shipping charges were misrepresented. There was no special delivery truck with a liftgate upon delivery as well as there should not have been the extra charge for residential delivery. $100 extra in shipping charges is a lot to pay when starting a new small business and especially when it wasn't necessary or applicable. Very disappointed.

This was my very first heat transfer…
This was my very first heat transfer operation. Yes, 20 years ago I did some rhinestone transfers on some visors, but that was a long time ago. Other than that, when it came to "screen print", I actually did screen printing. I had a 6/6 Antec Legend. Shoulder surgeries and lack of demand made that go away. 99.999994% of OUR business is embroidery. Your explicit instructions and the Fusion IQ press made everything a walk in the park. I was pleased and more importantly, so was the client.
