Unreliable Carriers
Trailer Tek dealt with my purchase expeditiously and with clear information unfortunately they were let down by their carrier who failed to deliver the item which was flung into a neighbouring garden. I only found it after a search having been told wrongly that the item had been delivered. I would deal with trailer tek again but they need to sort out DX !

From start to finish the whole process…
From start to finish the whole process was easy. All questions answer.
From the office team to the fitter they were caring and professional. The fitter arrived 10 minutes early and explained the whole process. I’m a fussy fella and to have zero stress was most welcomed. 10/10 from start to finish.

Bad Packing
I have ordered from here a few times and always been happy but this last couple of times the packaging hasn't been good at all and the most recent time its luck more than anything that all my order arrived safely as the box was half open and the smaller items weren't wrapped at all just placed loose in the box.

Svar från TrailerTek
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're genuinely sorry to hear that the packaging on your recent orders hasn't been up to the standard you have previously experienced from us. We completely understand your frustration, particularly when an order arrives with the box partially open and smaller items loose inside.
We take feedback like this seriously and are continually reviewing our packing processes to make sure orders are packaged securely and arrive with you in the condition they should. We certainly don't want the safe arrival of an order to come down to luck.
We're pleased to hear that you've been happy with your previous orders, and we really appreciate your continued custom. We're sorry that your recent experience fell short of expectations, and we'll do everything we can to improve going forward.
Kind regards,
