Solid product and great customer service - cant go wrong here!

Exactly as they look on website very traditional good quality and they look lovely only criticism is having to pay for delivery!

Very high quality radiators, they look fantastic and are priced competitively, I would without hesitation recommend these radiators,Also very good customer service.

Ordered 4 Dragonfly cast iron radiators, custom sizes so had to wait several weeks but was aware of that. Radiators arrived and as warned, it was an outside delivery, we had to get the radiators to their final locations, make sure you have help, these can't be moved by one person, I had my sons help me, both adults and I needed the help. when fully built the largest radiator weighs about 40 stone. We had a couple of small issues during the assembly stage but trads were more than helpful and sent us some small spares FOC. This companies customer service is 5*, I couldn't be any happier with them or the product. All are now working, keeping us warm during this cold winter and look amazing.

Fabulous customer service, personalised advice and prompt delivery. I required 2 large radiators for my newly decorated Drawing Room to be delivered & installed in time for Christmas. Unfortunately the selected, made-to-measure radiators lead time was mid-January. Customer Service promptly solved this problem by directing me to the ready made cast iron radiators in the Clearance Section, helping me select the correct size & fittings. My only gripe is that bleed valves were not included necessitating a last minute trip to B&Q. Nevertheless, we could not be happier or warmer with our magnificent Sleeping Swan radiators and the friendly, efficient staff at this company.

I am so pleased with my Dragonfly radiator, it looks fabulous in my dining room. It is a really superb, the casting on it is beautiful. The staff at Trad cast iron radiators where really helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I would highly recommend this company, they where friendly and efficient. Thank you

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, ordering something like this is always a bit of a risk especially when you can’t look at them, added to that the complications for a rookie of trying to make sure that you’ve got the right add-on equipment, worked out the BTU’s etc and it could potentially have been a minefield. I put a telephone call through and was called back within the hour, and the help I got was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble everything was explained in detail, advice and ideas were shared, I had to call back and amend the order and again the customer service was 2nd to none. But most importantly the radiators are absolutely stunning, even more beautiful than I had imagined, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My new radiator does look beautiful. This would have been a 5 star review but for a couple of minor niggles.
I ordered the radiator before the date for pre Christmas delivery but it wasn't delivered until 5th Jan.
The casting of the connect threads is so loose that I had to fit and remove the radiator 4 times to stop a slight weap from the radiator tails. I ended up with 25 turns of ptfe tape before it stopped weaping.
There was no pot of touch up paint delivered even though I had a bag with a "touch up paint" label on it and the paint is mentioned in the guarantee paperwork.
These are very minor niggles and even with these I will be ordering from Trads again as the product is simply stunning.

Ordered 3 radiators, two of which were perfect, one was longer and was delivered in two parts. Discovered in order to put the parts together, I needed to purchase a special tool at a cost of £80. The tool was dispatched, but an empty package arrived as the steel rod being sent was held in the cardboard by a single piece of parcel tape. The company duly sent out another, which arrived, just, with the parcel tape torn and the tool loosely hanging in the package. This tool turned out to be unfinished by their machine shop and so wouldn’t fit through the radiator. A third tool was sent out, which was exactly the same: unfinished. I contacted them again, on the day before Christmas Eve, to be told that another would be sent and this time the salesman promised was correct and finished as he had seen it with his own eyes. The tool arrived this morning and this one is so poorly machined that it is too wide to even fit the grub screw that it is designed to tighten. I now have no faith that the radiator manufactured by the same people will be fit for purpose, if it is ever put together. Now they appear to be closed for the Christmas period, so I will have to wait to see what the fifth solution will be.

Radiators were delivered a day before the arranged date anD unfortunately when pressure tested by the plumber before being plumbed there were leaks at the factory fitted seals which required work. Lovely radiators but would recommend being fitted by a competent plumber who can check and then correct the seals.
