We contacted you on the same day your order was placed to advise that, unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the USA due to courier and logistics limitations.
At checkout, a UK delivery option was selected, as shipping to the USA is not currently available on our system, which is why we reached out promptly to clarify this.
Regarding your refund, this has now been processed. As we were waiting for confirmation on how you would like to proceed, there was a delay, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Fabulous radiators and great customer support. They really helped me with colours and finishes, and were particularly thoughtful about how to convert one of my two radiators to electric when it too short for their own electrical adapter. I found an alternative and they called the company to ensure everything would fit together. Really pleased and will use them again.

Fantastic experience from initial enquiries to taking delivery of our Victorian 3 column 745mm Cast Radiator with the satin nickle Radiator valves and wall stays. Painted in Graphite grey was good match for existing furniture. Tried the radiator on for 1hr after installation was complete and was amazed at how long the radiator stayed very warm after CH was switched off. Very competitive pricing compared to some other companies. Radiator looks that good in our living room one for the Hallway entrance on the horizon. Thanks to Trads for excellent service and top quality products.

Quality radiators
The ordering process was very easy. The colour choice is amazing. They keep you well informed with regards to shipment and delivery. They are expensive, but they are great radiators. This is the second one we’ve bought from this company. It won’t be the last, we’re going room to room and replacing all of our radiators. They really are very high quality. They sent the wrong sized connectors but after contacting them, they sent the correct ones the very same day and we received them the day after. Great after sales service. Overall really pleased with the service we have received.

Radiator Size Discrepancy – Unexpected 5% Variation Cost Me Time & Money
I recently ordered a number of Victorian-style cast iron radiators from tradscastironradiators.co.uk — specifically the 2-column and 4-column designs. Visually, they are excellent. The build quality appears solid, and the aesthetic fits perfectly with the period features of the property.
However, I was very disappointed with the lack of clarity around manufacturing tolerances. The website provides specific dimensions, including pipe centres, which I used to install fixed pipework in advance. Upon delivery, I discovered that some of the radiators were up to 35mm shorter than stated — a major problem that has cost me both time and money to rectify.
When I called the customer service line, I was told there is a 5% manufacturing tolerance on all radiators. This is understandable for cast iron products, but nowhere on the website was this tolerance mentioned clearly, nor was there any disclaimer about potential variation in pipe centre measurements. In my view, the site should not give specific pipe centre measurements at all if they are not guaranteed. At the very least, there should be a clear warning about tolerances so customers can make informed decisions.
Overall, while the product looks great, the lack of transparency around sizing tolerances makes this a frustrating experience. If you’re installing pipework ahead of delivery, be extremely cautious and allow for variation — or risk having to redo it at your own expense.

Stylish radiator
Beautiful radiator. It matches the old ones already in our house. I liked the updates to tell me when the order was ready. The delivery driver was very good and put the radiator where I asked him to. It's been a hassle-free experience and I'd use Trads again.
