I needed to sell my phone and found this was a very quick and easy process. Staff were very friendly and professional, would highly recommend them!

They were the highest quote on a comparison website and I believe this is because their parameters for good etc are not available to view. So I sent in my iPhone and they ended up paying me less than half what I was quoted because of “issues” that didn’t exist and things not listed.

Would give zero stars if I could. Awful service from start to finish. Taken weeks between communication. Eventually paid a fraction of what I was offered. Claimed Royal Mail had lost my phone even though the parcel was signed for. Provided no evidence to back this up.

Sent my phone off in perfect condition. Said it had scuffs and the speaker didn’t work. Luckily I had video proof of the phone being in perfect condition as they lie and tried to under offer on numerous occasions until I rang the office complaining. When I asked for my phone back they said they’ll send it after I sent a £10 service fee? Which I found appalling. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

The company valued my phone at £123, then stated that it had been revalued to £50, citing issues that didn't exist when I posted it. I asked for proof of the "dents" that had appeared in the phone case but my email was ignored. As Were my subsequent 3 emails. They only replied after my 4th email, stating (without any greeting in the email or apology for ignoring my emails) "50 is the final offer". I then had to pay £10 to have my phone returned to me. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Offer £137 received £40...a drop of £97 for a few scratches

Sent in a brand new Apple Watch still in the box unopened and was told £413 and got a email about 5days later to say it was a fake and revalued me at £0 rejected it then off me £10 rejected it again offered me £15

This company is Eva fake or backwards as the Apple Watch wasn’t fake and now trying to scam me

They offer to pay £48 for my phone and tgen when they get it they offer £25 due to scratches and a worn battery. The phone is old they should know the battery wont be new and my screen was immaculate no scratched, it had a screen protector that I took off when I sent it to them. They are not very transparent.

I was really pleased with how quick they did things like sending me a returns pack for sending my phone to them and then emailing the next day to say everthing was completed, The service has been brilliant, There customer communications from them were brilliant very helpful and polite, I wll definitely use this Company again. Prompt service and payment but not surprisingly the initial quote was downgraded due to some declared minor flaws. These would be difficult to dispute and the revised offer was good enough.
I would be wary of using them for a high end phone as should you want it back there is a £10 charge

Although the service is fast and efficient and payment is same day I was not happy with the valuation. I was tempted by their £80 estimate for my iPhone 11. My phone was immaculate with no scratches front or back. First offer £45 claimed speaker was not working properly but I challenged this as I used it daily to make calls. Was then offered £52 which I reluctantly accepted. Reason for low offer - poor battery. But why else would you want to upgrade if it wasn’t for the battery? This should have been mentioned in their initial estimate. I would then not have sent the phone to them.

Downgraded my offer as claimed issues with the battery which were not true. Worth rejecting offer as it was then increased but still not back to original amount

Got a reasonable price on a couple of phones so decided to go with Trade Your Phone. I received the pack to send the phones in and followed the instructions. Package showed in Royal Mail as successfully delivered but they indicated they never received it. After lots of chasing they took it up with Royal Mail and were compensated for it.

Frustrating lack of communication and lack of proactivity in getting it resolved without being pushed but I did eventually get the amount offered for the phones.

Sent two orders in – an iPhone 14 Plus and two iPhone SE (2020) devices.

I mixed barcodes up for the devices up and I was offered £45, which I believed was for the iPhone SEs. The communication referenced an iPhone SE, so I accepted the offer — only to later realise this valuation had actually been applied to my iPhone 14 Plus valued at £145.

Issue was identifying as error on both parts and the issue rectified very quickly and efficiently once it was identified.
