Online service but thankful can still speak with a human
Phone call answered promptly but the telephone menu options (press 1 for...) did not have an option that was very relevant as I wanted advice on how to find certain information on the company's online portal. The staff member who dealt with my call was helpful but, at first, didn't seem to grasp the nature of my query - perhaps my initial explanation was lacking? I'm still a bit unsure if I can find all the information I require online but the staff member is going to send me a follow-up e-mail so, hopefully, all will be clearer then.
