Très bonne réactivité du service de chat en ligne. Réponse immédiate à la demande et courtoisie des interlocuteurs

I just wanted to cancel my membership and they were very attent.

They don't check the information of the person apply for the account, for the company must verify the account before accepting the membership.

Thank you Sammy for your professionnalisme

Thank you Emily

For some reason money is coming out of my account to this service and I have no idea why or if I have purchased something then nothing has arrived. I have tried the contact number but that does not work. I have tried the email again that came back as undeliverable. I guess the next trip is to the bank to stop payments and try and get back money they have taken from me.

I always get a notification from my bank were toyzone deduct money from my account. I have never bought anything from toyzone but my money keeps being deducted. The first time i had money in my account and R170. 05 was deducted, so i now move my money out of main account to avoid such. Just today again i get a notification that toyzone tried to deduct but failed due to insufficient money. And they always happen at night this transaction. Toyzone kindly assist with this issue

Die Erfahrung die ich gemacht habe war fantastisch

I believed I was purchasing an Amazon mystery box, when I went to pay....the transaction was defaulted to Toyzone site, which I didn't realize and £2 was deducted frm my account, then a couple of days later Toyzone tried to deduct a further £7 frm my account. Thankfully I didn't have sufficient funds in my active banking account and the transaction did not ho through. I have now cancelled my card and reported them to my bank as a fraudulent/scamming company! Shocking! - this is so damn annoying! - they seemed to operate under the facade of Amazon!!!!!
