me hicieron un cargo DOBLE sin mi autorizacion, es abuso de confianza. Lo he reportado y quedaron de resolver sin embargo ahora q tengo q entrar a este link y hacer captura de pantalla. Soy una persona con discapacidad que requiere apoyo para hacer todas estas cosas virtuales y ustedes lo empeoran, lo cual no hubiera sucedido sino hubieran abusado haciendo mal el cargo, y aqui no hay opcion de envio porque tengo q creaar una cuenta, q pesimo servicio , complicando todo, es increible hasta un CODIGO mas para confirmar que si quiero enviar mi queja despues de que me obligan a registrartme, neta que jamas volvere a comrpar aqui y espero nunca volver a toparme como empresas tan conflictivas como esta

When using partyboxy.com they allowed a third party website festgrid.com to take out two additional charges when checking out. This is fraudulent as this was not what was being advertised. I spoke with Kenny, among two others, in escalations whom stated to give a good review and things would be refunded. I have not received a refund from partyboxy or festgrid whom they allowed to take out two additional charges I did not authorize upon checkout. Very prompt with email responses, not so much with phone customer service as the agent abruptly ended our call after telling me they did not receive funds that were drafted from my account and I submitted that through email with photo proof.

Es ironía. Lo real es que partyboxy.com es estafadora: en enero traté de comprar algo y pagué US29,95 al oferente. Pero recibí comunicación de partyboxy com que me había afiliado a ellos (??). Cómo no era mi interés ni intención, al pedir devolución de mi dinero y tras varias semanas y reclamos me indicaron que, si yo eliminaba mis comentarios negativos de su página, me devolverían el valor mal recibido. Después me informaron que no pudieron devolverlo porque mi cuenta en mi banco estaba cerrada, lo que es falso.
Han pasado casi 3 meses y ya creo que fui estafado, por lo que sugiero a otros posibles víctimas, tener esto en consideración

Lo cual es un fraude esto por qué hasta la fecha aún no me han reembolsado mi dinero ya que me pidieron que allá quitado mi reseña negativa y con eso ya me iban a regresar mi dinero y nomás es hasta la fecha que no me han regresado nada de mi dinero ya que me hicieron el cobro de una compra que nunca hice así que nunca confíen en esta pagina
