Rien à dire je recommande vivement , c’est cardio mais tellement fantastique à vivre . De plus nous avions la chance d’apprécier les chutes en plein hiver rendant cela plus féerique que jamais avec la neige wouaw

There was much to be desired from our eight-day trip to Lima and Cusco. (NB: We booked through Tours4Fun, but the actual tour was operated by Lima Tours; however, as the middleman, they should still be held accountable.) The most important points:

• Way too much downtime. Our call times were as early as 4 a.m. to take a car to a plane, then another car, all just to be deposited in the middle of nowhere (Yucay) with nothing on the itinerary from 9 a.m. on. We also wasted so much time in Aguas Calientes post-Machu Picchu because there’s hardly anything else to do there.

• Going off-itinerary. Don’t believe what they send you before your trip, because it won’t be followed exactly, nor will you receive an updated email the night before, as promised. (Don’t expect guidance on packing or the weather, either — for example, it shouldn’t fall on the guest to anticipate that Chinchero would be freezing.) In two instances, our guides deviated from the schedule, once with an extremely late lunch that wasn’t announced until far into the day (which could’ve been disastrous for someone with health issues) and another with an unlisted, weirdly long stop at an alpaca-sweater factory that was clearly to earn a commission.

• Blatant money-grabbing. Along with the factory visit, most of the airport transfers involved two to three employees who all had to be tipped, when one would have sufficed. (As a party of three adults, we didn’t need someone just to walk us to the car, a driver, another person to handle our bags, AND yet another to walk us to the security checkpoint.)

Overall, the personal cost of wrecking your sleep schedule to be dragged to the hinterlands with only a dim idea of what you might be doing — IF there’s even anything to do — is too damn high. Save your Soles and book elsewhere.

What an incredible itinerary well crafted and best tour guide Alexander Ho. Alex was good at history of every places we have been and made sure everything is ok. Good job Alex and very excellent. I hope to have more tours with you soon- remember us Oliver/ Sherly and Faith! God bless you more

We had a great trip in Egypt and Jordan with Tours4Fun. Everything was smooth sailing from the airport to the hotels. They placed us in beautiful hotels with polite and helpful staffs. The drivers are punctual. The guides are knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We never felt at a loss with them. The Tours4Fun team knows how to do their jobs and they do it very well. We are very satisfied with our vacation. This is my second time with Tours 4Fun. If you’re planning a foolproof getaway, Tours4Fun is the answer. I can’t stretch it enough that they are highly, highly recommendable. They can deliver and they will deliver the service that you’re looking for.

Everything was great! The accomodations, the drive, the sceneries, the travel companions! Mr. Qunqi li has a great experience as a tour guide and bus driver. He is kind, respectful, punctual. Took our requests into consideration and drives very well! Thank you for this great experience!

The tour went above my expectations. I had the best time and didn’t want it to end. I made new friends. We slept in nice hotels, ate well at breakfast, and went on tour with a charming guide by the name of Andy. Even the driver was nice too.

I like the iterinary. We were family of six and we were able to get a good experience with our trip to New York. However I was not happy about some of the tours being mandatory and the guide will only take cash or Zelle payment. Payment with credit card will penalize you by incurring additional charges. Same things with the meals payable only cash. Zelle are payable to to the guide not to the Company. Also I think there should be a separate tour for English and Chinese speaking only. Too much time and energy spent by the guide speaking in English and then long Chinese translation.

The package tour with Tours4fun was amazing from day one until the end of the trip. I had a wonderful experience with the entire team — they were very friendly, supportive, and provided clear guidance and information in advance. I was fortunate to witness the magnificent Northern Lights on the first day; visiting on a clear, non-cloudy night makes the experience even better. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding support.

The tour guides were fantastic! The hotels were decent! Well-organized day tours and no stress. We loved it! We will book another trips again!

Tour4Fun was great to work with and planning was smooth. We toured Central Europe and viewed many beautiful cities while learning about the history and culture. The tour itself was operated by Europamundo and we were disappointed with this operator. We had been on bus tours before with Gate1 and Trafalger so maybe our expectations were high. Europamundo had no welcome meeting where we would meet fellow travelers. The buses were always packed like sardines as they picked up travelers from multiple hotels. There was no option (it was freezing outside at 0Centigrade) if you did not want to go on a particular walking tour - you had to get off the bus. Communications was not good - no posting in hotel lobby as to schedule, no tour manager phone numbers, switching tour manager 3 times in one week and a couple times buses were late. We did see a lot of sites but overall not what we expected.

Hotels and arrangements were spot on.
Itinerary could be modified to give more time in Cappadocia and Pamukkale on the first day.

English speaking guide barely involved himself. Wasted time in Pamukkale.
Stops at leather shops and jewellery shop extended to almost 2 hours each.

The weekend tour with Sammy was a good and exciting experience. Definitely booking another one

you have an efficient tourist buss, always on time..and your tourist guides are very friendly, patient and industrious. your hotel recommendations are all good .. the tourist spots are well planned, making it easier now to travel from LA to Las Vegas to Grand Canyon and vise versa.. Keep it will up!!!

The pickup and drop off was well organised. The coordinator Eduardo was a good communicator. The lodge was good and the room provided was AC at night. There was wifi available at the central station. The food was good and local fish served was a delicacy. The activities like swimming with dolphins, fishing, swimming in rio negro and catching the crocodiles, were enjoyable.
The Amazon forest walk was informative and fun.

The tour to Washington was nice. Seeing famous landmarks like the Lincoln Memorial, Washington monument, and of course , the White House. Though it woukd have been great to have an inside tour.. 😀

Absolutely great trip, well organized, plenty of time to see everything and to have some relaxing time to oneself. San Diego was gorgeous and having the right guide/driver was amazing.

The tour was exceptional. Hotels stay was great. Timing was perfect. Tour guides were really great. They tried to explain everything and make us enjoy every moment. Stefano was really amazing and came up with a puppet show while we walking in Yosemite national park with rain. Brenda always keeps us updated and she found to be very professional. Highly recommended tour.

Daniel our guide was great. He tried his best not to show it but you can clearly see how overworked your guides are, you can see it on the Vietnamese speaking guide too, He is good too and tried not to show his exhaustion. They really need enough time off.
And having 2 different guides speaking different languages, in this case English and Vietnamese is not a problem. But Frank really struggled with English and did a minimum instructions in very broken and sometimes unable to understand English. He is great with his Chinese speaking group, but shouldn't be giving groups in English or two groups with different languages is too much for him. He was looking too exhausted trying to handle 2 groups.

I didn't like to be given twin bed in 3 hotels, because I was with group. I hadn't slept in a small bed since going to university 50 years ago. The first night I fell out of bed while sleeping.
It was not use to get 2 twins and even 3 twins in my room. As a senior solo traveler expected at least a double bed or twins set up together. When talking to hotel clerk, the explanation was you are with the tour group as if I don't pay extra to be on a half decent room.
But all in all it was good and as expected due to the amount of places we saw.

My daughter and I used this company Tours4Fun to book an 8 day tour on our arrival from New Zealand to New York. The booking process was easy and feedback answering any questions was always very prompt and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we were made aware of what was included in the itinerary for the price and the cost of any extras we needed to cover for entrance costs etc. We were aware that the tour was conducted by a Chinese Company with bilingual skills. We were met at the airport by the tour company and couldn’t fault the communication we received through WhatsApp making the pickup at the airport stress free considering our flight was running late. I would not hesitate to use Tours4Fun in the future. We loved the tour we booked, a round trip from New York to Niagara Falls and the eastern states of Canada. We had so many amazing adventures and experiences in our minibus with Chinese companions.

I recently joined a 3-day trip to Niagara Falls, New York, which also included visits to the Statue of Liberty and Times Square - and it was such a memorable experience! Our tour guide, Mr. Thomas, truly made the journey exceptional.

He was incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and well-organized throughout the trip. Every detail was thoughtfully planned - from rest stops to sightseeing timings - making everything run smoothly and stress-free. You could tell he really knew his way around, sharing great insights and interesting facts along the way. His positive energy and friendly attitude kept the group engaged and made the trip truly enjoyable.

Special mention to Ms. Vicky, who led our Financial District walking tour in New York City. She had such amazing knowledge and shared fascinating facts about the buildings that surrounded us. I really appreciated her warm attitude and patience, especially towards my elderly parents who walked a bit slower - she made sure they were always comfortable and part of the experience. Her energy and kindness made the walking tour even more memorable!
