I booked the 2-Day Niagara Falls Budget Tour from New York/New Jersey with Tours4Fun

During the tour, the guide made an inappropriate and racially insensitive comment while giving instructions about punctuality. Through the live translation feature on my phone, I understood him saying words to the effect of: “the dark-skinned one… I can’t say the name of the country… they prefer to be late.”

This was offensive and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected during the trip. I understand the importance of being on time during a group tour, but comments about skin color, country, or nationality are completely unacceptable from a tour guide representing a travel company.

I have already emailed Tours4Fun with the booking details and screenshots of the live translation. I hope the company investigates this seriously and takes action so other travelers do not face this kind of experience.

Very professionally managed tour covering several attractions on the way. Reached Niagara as planned to see night light effects & fire works. Following day morning covering the boat ride in Niagara falls & cave. It was a value deal including the stay in a start hotel.

Our tour guide Emma was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable she makes sure that everyone is on the bus before we leave for the next destination i would highly recommend them thank you Emma.

First time booked a tour with this company which i was not familiar with. However, their customer service was responsive and assisted in my email queries on the tour operated via Europamundo Vacaciones, which gave me the confidence to book the tour with them. They also offered a 5% discount for all group members and not only the seniors, which was a nice gesture. Booking was easy and payment can be made via credit card. After the tour was successfully booked, they also sent confirmation and updates. The pace of the tour was acceptable and my parents who are in their 70s and 80s were able to keep pace with it. overall we had a good trip

We had a 4 day trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Song Lei the tour guy was very sensitive and caring. We had a wonderful time.

I booked the 4 days tour to Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec and my family and me had a great time. We enjoyed the tour. The hotels we stayed were really good and comfy. Our guide, Benjamin was amazing and very kind and the bus driver Alison was very professional

Enough time to enjoy the true meaning of traveling (small group-less human conflict,time management well-people are on time),selected hotels were cleaned and presentable, it’s even better in considering the location of the hotels provided a variety choices of food selection for dinner (dietary choices,budget and decent food);places to visit during inactivity time-should supply information where&how to go,if someone wants to do that. To sum up, the tour was good, tour guide were helpful and responsible. Suggestion:including staying one night in Niagara Falls area to see the beauty of night Niagara Falls for those distant visitors!

Great experience with my son. Karen is very helpful. We enjoy our Niagara Falls trip so much. Hotel that we got is also good.

The bus was comfortable and the tour guide as well as the driver were friendly and helpful. The trip is indeed hectic but very well organised. The only minus was that while returning from Las Vegas to SFO we had to travel in another bus which wasn’t comfortable.

We did a 4-day calgary/banff tour from June 1-4,2026! And 1 day post tour hotel extension back to calgary! We had an amazing experience with all the tour guides from Calgary Tours! The driver who picked us up from the airport was on time! Our tour guide on the 2nd day of the tour, Allen,was very friendly and helpful! All of the tour guides and driver were all nice! I would highly recommend taking this tour to all my friends and family, would definitely take tours4fun again for

The 3 day trip through Ontario and Quebec was great! I was traveling with my three teenagers from US and wanted to see the sites without being overwhelmed by planning a big trip. This was perfect! Our tour guide Lisa was very helpful and kind, things went off without a hitch, and it was well organized. The tour is in both Mandarin and English and participants are from across the world. It worked well. The group was mostly older couples - my teens were definitely the youngest. We spent less than a day (sometimes just a few hours) in each locale - Kingston, Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and there was a lot of driving in between but the excursions were nice and we walked away feeling like we had seen most of the highlights. It was a worry free trip and all was fantastic. Thanks Lisa for a great trip!

From customer service for booking process to the last day of tour, everything was great. 10/10 . Was totally worth every penny spent on this.

Locations, hotel and guide

The driver and the guide made all the difference!!!! My knee gave out on me and those two men helped me to participate in all the events seamlessly. The driver knew where everything was and drove smoothly. Our guide played Canadian songs, knew all about Canadian history, and made the tour fun and exciting. I would vacation again with Trafalgar!!!!!!

Myself and sister had amazing 4 days trip to
Eastern Canada. Our tour director Benjamin Ying is an amazing tour director, he is very knowledgeable, experience and exercise patience. The destinations were beautiful, and the experience exceed my expectations. Special thanks to our driver Mr. Sood who is an experience driver and pleasant. I would definitely book with this company again.
