Be Prepared to Wait 2-3 weeks minimum
Ordered multiple times, DONT PAY FOR NEXT DAY OR 2 DAY SHIPPING. Takes about 10 business days to ship regardless, and they don't refund you. My last order was placed for 20+ tins on 2 day air. They say it takes 3-5 business days to prepare the order. I received my tracking info, and 9 days after had still not received my package. I contacted tough guy (which took 2 more days just to speak to someone) and they assured me that there was a postal issue and that they'd resend my order. Funny thing is, the package came 3 days later with the package label dated from the original ship date. They just had never brought it to the drop off. This company has a decent product but absolutely horrendous shipping policies, and it seems like the product team doesn't exactly know what they are doing. This hasn't just been an issue for me, but many or my friends and colleagues who have also ordered. Not happy at all.

Can't recommend this company enough
Can't recommend this company enough, their dip is on another level as Well as their service. I've tried a few of their flavours and there very tasty, and the fat cut is just the best out there. Deliveries to uk have made it in 3/4 days, and they offer a unique service that international customers will be very greatfull for.
