Very smooth
I have not had any problems with Touchstone. All the hassle of dealing with HMRC has been taken away, yes, It has a cost, but half of any amount is better than none and it was all done with very little input from me. Thank you for your help.

I'm not happy with this company
I'm not happy with this company, they have received my refund from hmrc but, I have not received my payment from them. Why does it take 35 days or more for security checks when all of my details were given prior to the claim being sent to hmrc. Are they claiming interest on my money? If I had known it was this bad I would not have used them. They do not reply to any correspondence and the phone line when you eventually get through sounds like a residence and not a business.

Not So Happy
I read a lot of happy customers using TouchStone.
Maybe I am one of those not so happy. In September 2023 I agreed with Touchstone to deal with my PPI refund. In January still no refund but a request I supply an copy of the amount of tax deducted from my PPI payout. This I did in January 2024. Emails too TouchStone get answer HMRC are just slow.
So since September 2023 till March 2024 not a penny and a good Fee for TouchStone.

Made it easy to claim tax back from my PPI claim. I originally used another company for the PPI claim, received an email from them advising that you could now claim back the tax paid. It was linked to touchstone. I filled in the details online, about 2-3 weeks later I was informed of my tax refund. A little shocked at the % of the refund the company would be taking for completing the claim. But all in all it was a very easy process with very little to do and I now have my 52% of the tax claimed back in my account.

I was a little horrified on the amout I received.

Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. I was tricked into checking to see if I had a tax owing to me. When I discovered I was owed £539.00, the repayment was sent to this company and they have informed me that they will be keeping 48%of my repayment, and that a cheque will follow in 35 days. This is absolutely abhorrent behaviour and a true scam! Will be shouting from the rooftops regarding this company.
