Would thoroughly recommend anyone with kids use this business to plan your upmarket holiday. Just because a hotel is 'great for kids' doesn't have to mean it is rubbish for Parents! These guys have captured that end of the market.

Absolutely outstanding service from Dhiren! No sales patter just supportive advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Any queries I had were answered immediately and he checked every detail with Baobab Suites and Monarch Airlines. His emails contain all details regarding booking the holiday and he even asked Daniel at the Suites to forward details re The Gala Dinner. I have never felt more reassured when booking a holiday. Excellent, unbiased advice, good recommendations and rapid service
We have travelled with Tots Too on 2 occasions now and can't fault the service at all.
They have recommended resorts ideal for our family and responded quickly to any questions.
Our son developed chickenpox on holiday so we needed to stay longer and they also sorted that out really quickly.

Helpful, friendly staff
Very helpful staff, understood what I was asking for and kept to my budget. Also followed up with the resort on additional fees and charges that I did not think should apply (for baby kit such as a high chair and stairgates) and agreed to cover the additional charges for me when the resort refused to waive the fees.
