Bristol store…. More interested in bike orders than in store customers. If you’re going to offer such poor service just use dark kitchens. Waste of your money having a shop and a waste of my time (be better off ordering it on an app and waiting outside!)

The women in there was so helpful and polite and she's very good with her customer service

Very pleasant place to be in clean store excellent service I hope the company can give her a recognition for her hard work she's managed alor of work and very fast polite spoken makes you feel welcome

Cold, uncooked, soft taco, slopped together without love or pride. £12 wasted on inedible slop and a warm soft drink. Very disappointing.

Cribs Causeway. My wife and I tried it for lunch. Service poor; price expensive; food bland and a mess. Overall: appalling.

Was just ok. Felt rushed to make decisions. No one told us what was included or extra. No menus out to have a look.at. Had to ask for napkins.

Absolute fiasco of an operation in Stanstead Airport. I would suggest you find somewhere else.
No tacos, no forks, rationed napkins which was an issue since the servers here must have missed the 'how to wrap a burrito' training course.
Burrito was hard to hold since it appears the sauce was on the outside, or maybe it had just oozed out the holes in the wrap.
The strapline here is very misleading "Burritos the size of your head", I appreciate that's subjective but if there are a group of people with heads the size of the burrito I got, then there also must be a charity organisation responsible for their care.
There are plenty of other options in the airport, choose one of them instead.

Eat here regularly can’t fault it don’t know if it’s been taken over service and food never ever again the portions have rapidly declined they staff are rude and the apparent manager!! Absolutely terrible do not eat here

Saw a tortilla outlet in Victoria Station . Nowhere to sit. The 3 tortilla choice turned out to be £10.20 because they don’t tell you the spoonful of guacamole is extra. Watch out for the rip off!!!

More important is the fact that a TACO is a fried tortilla. Thus crispy. They sell soft soggy tortillas and label them incorrectly as tacos. Cheaper to make but a major mistake for the brand.

Leicester Tortilla is trying to poison people. Uncooked rice served. This was second opportunity after last time when they served me chicken in my burrito when i am a vegetarian. What a horrible surprise to bite into as burrito is wrapped this was unexpected. I believe they dont concern with dietary requirements and also no health and safety with uncooked rice served. This place needs shutting down - have let the council and trading standards know.

ALL the staff at the mall, cribbs causeway branch were very rude and impatient.
This was my first time coming here, so I didn't know how it works. No explanation given. I was met with staff who said a list of choices really quickly and expected an immediate response.
This happened with all the 3 staff who were doing different jobs with making up the wraps as I went along the conveyer belt.
They didn't sound like they enjoyed being there and came across very unwelcoming.
I felt deflated and stressed by the time I got my food.
They need to explain to new customers how the system works and be a bit kinder about it.
Saying that the food was nice but been put off ever coming back

I ordered 2 burritos for collection at the Norwich branch. Upon arriving, the sliding doors were closed with a paper sign reading “We’re open please slide doors open/closed”. As soon as I stepped in, the only employee in the store snapped at me that they were closed. I told her I was there to collect my online order and she shrugged as she said “we don’t have any food”. I then asked why they didn’t call me to inform me of this and she told me she didn’t have my phone number, even though I entered it when I checked out on their own website. I asked how to get a refund and she told me I had to cancel it because she couldn’t. The only contact information on the receipt was the Norwich stores phone number, so that was a dead end. It seems I need to fill in a contact form on their website to attempt to get my money back.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this chain at all costs!

My fiancé and I are regular customers always happy with the service and food here until today. The man in the black tops skill level was shocking
The man in the black top with a beard to my horror started to scoop the (empty) lettuce out of the container with his HANDS it wasn’t until the lovely lady Zara working asked if I wanted fresh lettuce
The man in black top proceeded to painfully wrap the burrito not correctly at all to the point it was falling apart (not even edible) when you’re paying these prices you expect good service like every other occasion we’ve been here
If it wasn’t for the store manager and lovely lady Zara working who very kindly remade the burrito for us and apologised on his behalf we would have never came back to this establishment. I’m assuming as he was in different uniform he was some form of senior management.

I purchased a naked burrito at Tortilla Grand Central Birmingham.
I had the vegetarian soya version. When it arrived,the soya mince was so dry, that it was uneatable.
I took it back to complain,no offer of refund,no apology just thrown in the bin. Staff appeared to find it all highly amusing.
Very different experience at the other branch in Brum. Food always perfect.
Do better,Tortilla, and speak to your staff at Grand Central about their disgusting attitude.

I order the same borito every time and usually that’s not how they make it and so I questioned if they have added the extras I paid for Gemma decided to make fun of me and laugh with her colleagues. It’s sad to see adults behaving like primary school kids, fat shaming or laughing at what people eat is pathetic.

Really bad company doesn’t treat there employees right and abuses them. I wouldn’t recommend going to this company and eat there !

Really slow service in the Swansea Uni branch and by the time I got to the counter they had run out of both the rice and the filling I wanted. Clearly it hadn't occurred to them that lunchtime could be busy and they might want to have some ingredients in reserve. Just blank looks as I walked out. Needless to say I won't be returning to purchase any of their overpriced and average burritos.
