My partner and I ordered beef tacos for me and he got a burrito. Firstly, my tacos were soggy, cold, and stuck together so I decided to eat them with a fork. As I bit into a piece of beef, I could barely chew through it so I immediately spat it out. Tried another piece and had the same texture. I then just completely gave up on it all together and offered it to my partner. He said the same thing - completely inedible meat and horrible soggy tortillas, so we threw them out. On a slightly more positive note, his burrito was better than my tacos but unfortunately he paid the price with bad heartburn. I'm not sure if this is a one-time experience but we will be avoiding this place in the future.

What shocked me is how they make these orders. Crockery and cutlery are not clean. Apparently one of employees tore a glove and took burrito bread with a hand without washing it!!! Dine in tables are dirty with crumbles of leftovers! Where is management looking?!

Tortilla (Peckham branch) is disgusting. Rice was uncooked and still hard, funny smell to food overall and they don’t know how to wrap burritos (mine arrived open so everything was pouring out making it difficult to eat). Couldn’t finish my food as I worried it would later make me sick due to the smell. I’ve tried different branches of Tortilla and they’ve been fine but the Peckham branch specifically, I wouldn’t recommend at all. Food is 100% not fresh! Sadly I’ve seen multiple bad reviews of this branch after I ordered from it. Close this branch down.

Tried to use their free burrito offer. Site swamped and couldn't log on for my code. Amateur stuff. They deserve to fail.

Good service. Friendly customer service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The service was exceptional; our server, Grishma was attentive, friendly.

Eric at BlueWater Tortilla, very friendly and helpful. Got me started with a loyalty card, I will definitely be back again, food is great!

Something seriously disgusting with the chicken. I’m not sure when this changed because it had been a while since my last trip.

Got the chicken burrito & it was obvious from the way it was being served there as something off. When I raised it, they told me it was a chance customers love. Gave it a go, was rank as f***. The staff were a bit pre-occupied with muttering rubbish to each other so they kept missing my order and when it was finally done, tried to charge me for three burritos.

Food great, service by the young lady at Westfield Tuesday evening 20:33 was absolutely appalling, she made the whole experience a total misery. She was surely, unhelpful and uncooperative.
Tortilla customer service needs to step in and retrain or replace. The gentleman serving alongside her was very helpful.

Ordered to my work from the Belfast location and ordered the large burrito meal for 2 as it came with drinks and sides of chips. Only received the burritos so was not a great first experience due to missing drinks and chips. Also missing the salsa from the burritos so they were quite dry. Definitely not what I expected and wont be eager to try again

Pricing not clear and food was cold and not seasoned well at all. Won’t be going again.
Tortilla Stratford London.

Before Tortilla opened in Norwich, they announced themselves with large posters, promising a 'free burrito' for those who scanned their QR code and opened an account. It turns out, they offered a '2 for 1' burrito, which is not quite the same. The other rather objectionable innovative approach: not to be transparent with their eat-in prices. Go to their so=called 'menu': where are the prices? Why play hide-and -seek? Peculiar. I'm not going to waste my time to check them out.

Terrible customer service. We stopped in the Belfast location and it was empty. We weren't super hungry but felt like tortilla chips with a couple sides to accompany. As we went to pay we decided on a small frozen margarita each. Was told quite rudely we werent allowed unless we both got a full meal EACH! Does that make any sense? And where is that written? No signs were displayed stating that. She proceeded to say- “AND I’M the store manager! claimed that was the rules with their “specific” liquor license. Wow. Never heard of that in my life, seems was an executive decision by that manager working behind the counter as she probably wanted a bigger sale. We said forget it and walked out. We will never be back. EVER!

I used to like Tortilla but I was bitterly disappointed when I went to Tortilla in Guildford last week. I had chicken and every piece of it had cartilage in it. Although cartilage is technically safe to it , it looks and tastes revolting.

Breakfast bun with bacon £6. Bun base inedible cardboard. The rest wet and tasteless.

Anya at the Reading store was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a tasty meal! :)
