I have never felt such care and passion…
I have never felt such care and passion from a company. At 10:30pm on a Friday, a week before a car show I was attending, my clutch slave cylinder gave up. After tagging Torqen in my Instagram story begging for help, they replied within minutes happy to help me. The part only took 3 working days which is amazing for being in the highlands of Scotland, I have just installed it and the car is good to go again. Zero fitment issues whatsoever. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Items arrive damaged and by looking at the reviews it happens quite often. However when asked for a refund they refuse and take no responsibility. You would be better off ordering a knock off part from eBay than a genuine part from here as the knock off part would actually arrive in one piece and the communication between the supplier and customer would be also better, realistically this company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star they got and don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down yet.

Amazing team at Torqen, I was having difficulty finding parts (manifold) for my car without going to USA or risking purchasing online which would have left me with a very expensive bill. They sourced my part and kept me in the loop about it’s progress, unfortunately my part is rare so they had to manufacture one for me which took the best part of 8 weeks but they had a good relation with the manufacturers which eased my mind. Very easy to contact via WhatsApp and very professional friendly service throughout. Would highly recommend them to anyone even if they don’t list an item on their website, they may be able to source it!

Woeful Customer Service
I ordered two bumpers for my Honda S2000 about 16 months ago (May 15th 2023 to be exact). Order reference: JJOGHIEBV
I didn’t receive one single order update or tracking number from the company.
They quoted 6-8 weeks for the bumpers to be delivered and then when I sent an email after 15 weeks asking where they were they said it normally takes a year. I would never have ordered them in the first place if I knew that they would take a year to come.
I received my bumpers last week which I was so excited about but there’s always a catch. And to make it an even worse experience than it already is. They delivered me the wrong bumpers after 16 months of waiting.
They have taken no accountability for the hassle and stress they have caused me and offered me no compensation or refund.
Absolutely shocking company, will never order from them again.
£1,000 down the drain and they couldn’t care less.
Stay very, very far away from Torqen if you’re going to order from there!
UPDATE:
They never got back to me after they said they would on Instagram. I can’t believe I’ve spent over £1,000 and got the wrong bumpers stuck in my garage. Torqen is a horrific company and caused me so much stress and disappointment. I wish I took legal action upon them.

They went above and beyond to help me, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Very knowledgeable, quick responses when asking questions, I will definitely be using Torqen again.

HORRENDOUS APPALING EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered several parts from Torqen for my car, one of which I needed urgently. I called to confirm delivery, and they assured me "100%" that I would receive my order within the specified time frame. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received only vague responses.
On May 21st, I specifically asked if my order had been shipped. They confirmed it had been shipped from the US. However, after much back and forth, they admitted their US counterpart hadn’t shipped the order until May 24th. It became clear that this company was willing to lie to cover their mistakes.
I had to find the crucial part elsewhere. Despite this, I offered a reasonable solution: a partial refund and to cancel part of my order. They insisted it had already shipped. Frustrated by slow WhatsApp replies, I called them and spoke to Adrian Cherciu, the owner of Torqen. He was one of the rudest, most unprofessional, and sarcastic individuals I’ve ever encountered. He refused to accept any fault on behalf of the company. When I pointed out that a "100% guarantee" means something is assured, he took offense and abruptly ended the conversation. His sarcastic comment, "Would you like me to take a flight to get it?" was particularly unhelpful and exemplifies their poor customer service.
I returned the part to them, and they accused me of opening it, though I had photos showing the parcel was damaged upon delivery. Despite promising a refund by the end of the day, I have yet to receive it. I have escalated the issue to PayPal and will update as the situation progresses.
RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY.
For everyone reading this the owner of the company is very immature and unprofessional. Please see his responses on Google and Facebook to gauge for yourselves. As previously said there I won't be entertaining his pettiness. Nor will I justify replying to his blatant lies.

No guarantee on defects!
I purchased an exhaust from them and the "burnt" color of the terminals was greatly damaged simply by handling it.
I asked for a partial refund, but they said they sold hundreds of them and never had any problems, so they won't refund anything.
Well.. what answer is this?
If an item is defective there is no warranty???
