Jack (CHELTENHAM) advised me on all the tiles that I could have in my kitchen and we looked at various designs. Jack was knowledgeable & extremely helpful with sizing up the tiles for me and pricing per box. I fell in love with a set of tiles called Parkway. Later on my husband and I drove down and picked up the three boxes they had, we however needed more . Our Tiler was due at 7:30 the next morning and time was of the Essence we were short on the tiles and did not know what to do . Our sales advisor Kurt spoke to his manager Steve and they rang the Evesham branch, the branch had the rest of the tiles we needed but they were in Evesham Which closed at 6 p.m. we were never going to make it. Steve spoke to the Branch Manager in Evesham, well Kurt assisted with the sale of the correct grout ECT. Steve then informed us the branch manager of Evesham would bring the tiles over Steve was going to stay in the shop after closing time to wait for the tiles and then call us so we could pick them up. This was exceptional service from Jack , Kurt & Steve between them they managed to get our tiles to us in time for our tile fitter. My husband and I can't thank them enough, they were all fantastic and all of the team pulled together. We would highly recommend these guys at Cheltenham

Wide variety to choose from at acceptable prices

I phoned my local store to confirm I could get the tiles I wanted and was told yes they had them in stock but to order on line and I could pick them up a few days later. I ordered the tiles and it said on line good availabilty and paid for them only to receive a call from the store half hour later to say no they didn't have the tiles and didn't know when they could get them. I asked for full refund and was told it would take up to five working days to get this...I now have to wait for money to be refunded before I can purchase other tiles. really not happy with the whole experience of buying from Tops tiles and I definitely wont use them again!!!

Renovated my parents bathroom recently and we bought our tiles at the local tile store in Watford. Really good choice of tiles to choose from and definitely at a price that is kind on the pocket.
Sell all the accessories as you would need to get the job done.

We visited the Feltham Branch yesterday. Can't rate this place enough. Best customer service received in a long time, so thanks to all the guys in there who served us! Incredibly helpful all round. They really know their stuff and they offer a great product. Keep up the good work!

I went into the Aylesbury branch today I only needed one large tile for a project. I felt they were as helpful as if I had bought more very nice staff. Fabulous

Hi I ordered some tiles and adhesive online from topstiles, I booked the delivery for next day the delivery did not arrive I wasted my whole morning but got absolutely no apology from tops tiles at all, I spoke to the store and was basically called a liar, then I called customer services and was spoken to in a very condensending maner by a manager called Stuart, he did not sort anything out. What topstiles do is take your order and most importantly your money, this is all they are interested in YOUR MONEY as soon as they have your money they are not interested in the order or the product you are supposed to receive for it! I would defiantly not use or recommend this company.

I ordered tiles from this great (ironic) company.
The tiles ordered were not matching the color I asked for. I managed to maned the order. More than 30 pourcent of the tiles arrived broken which has delayed the builders by 5 days and cost me 5 days night in the hotel as the tiles were for the bathroom.
No apology whatsoever from them. Pass your way and order somewhere else if you want to have quality products, good service, and don't end paying a fortune because of broken items, delays etc..
