This was my first armor purchase and TopArmor's customer service was over the top great. Answered phone calls and any questions I had and made some adjustments last minute. Everything arrived promptly from the manufacturer.

Ordered a helmet and I could not be happier with the product. The shipping was quite speedy and the price was extremely fair. I can not speak to the customer service as I had no issues start to finish and never had to speak with a person regarding my order. Highly recommended.

They quickly answered the couple questions I asked, the shipping was fast and the price was great! All the way around it was a great experience!

There was some confusion with my order, they contacted me immediately and corrected the problem and I received my order a couple days later.
Great customer service and proactive

Never got shipping email or email to track my package. Just the confirmation when I bought them. Although I did receive my package safely in a weeks time I would have like to track it in case I was unable to be there for delivery.

Top Armor was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to purchasing my plates. I had a bit of confusion regarding sizing and different cuts, but my email was responded to quickly and with everything I needed to know. The pros and cons were explained to me and based on my build, I ended up going with the Highcom Large SAPI 4S17M.

As the purchase occurred between Christmas and New Years, Highcom was out until January. This as well as the lead time was explicitly stated on the website as well as told to me in the email. Fantastic communication on Top Armor's part.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my Top Armor experience. The plates arrived on time and in good condition. Top Armor also had the lowest price out of any other company at the time. The advice given to me was very transparent and tailored to me, which is far different than I experienced with other companies (and what's being said online). Most of the time I was told to go with Medium sized plates because it works for "80% of the people," and it always came across as a quick answer that didn't really answer the question in regards to fit and purpose.

I am happy I reached out with questions and I'm even more happy the way Top Armor responded. The fact that they're a newer company based in the US is just icing on the cake. Highly recommend. I will be using them for future purchases

The customer service provided was great. Helped me choose between three different plates and wasn’t pushing for the more expensive option. After speaking with two other companies I decided with top armor because they were quick and answered me in a professional manner.

The owner messaged me on reddit to provide a recommendation to a question I had posted. He then answered further questions, price matched a different company's price, and stayed with me with updates all the way up until when I got my shipment.

I was hesitant to buy due to a lack of reviews. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. I asked many questions and they were very good at getting me answers. I ordered the ceramic plated from them. Shipping was fast and all went well. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. I fact I already have
