Good quality and fast delivery. I had no issues with then and will use them again.

They sent me the wrong item, I had to message them multiple times to get a response back when they’d sent me something much cheaper than I’d paid for. Finally, I got a reply which was “we are all human and make mistakes” no apology!
Then instead of getting the toolbag I wanted, they just automatically sent me a refund. At this point I didn’t question it and took my business elsewhere.
However, I have asked numerous times for the £15 postage fee I paid to return the item and NEVER received it from them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered wire stripper (CK) which I needed it to do my practice in the college....I waited around two weeks then I emailed Toolhouse.. I been told my item is on the way back to me, but that wasn't the case! Eventually I've an email saying that they will refund me!! Not happy at all!!!

Good product quick service

Having ordered from this company, I kept waiting for the delivery. Kept going onto the tracking link provided. After a week, it still said waiting for the courier to pick up. Unbenown to me, the courier had put it in the bottom of the green bin and put the tray back over the top. No note through door. It got thrown away. Toolshouse now not responding to my e mails. I'm finding it discurteous and unprofessional. I had spoken on the phone and they simply said the e mail link does work. I assured the lady it didn't. Said she would contact the couriers. Still no word back. Last 3 e mails unanswered.

Sadly made the mistake of straying from Screwfix and Toolstation tempted by lower price.
Unfortunately my order was not received , it appears to have been dispatched and then just left on my doorstep by Evri when I wasn't home . I didn't receive any notification of dispatch or delivery so surprise surprise when I got home from work a couple of days later it was no longer there.
Evri's fault totally but the response from Toolshouse is what dismayed me and means I won't use them again.
They don't appear to answer the phone , you don't get a response when submitting an online message via their 'help' portal and it they ignored my first email.
When I sent another email they just dismissed the issue saying it was now more than 5 days since delivery and they weren't going to do anything.
So out of pocket and still have to go buy from somewhere else .
Appalling customer service.

Good communication, prompt service and competitive price

Took money. No purchase confirmation. No email. Not answering any contact numbers or emails. Item not sent. £500 taken, dreadful service.

Im hoping that shows zero stars. Customer service is non existent, a bit like their deliveries. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere. There are, at least, some good companies out there. Unfortunately for me this is not one of them.

30th April 00:07. I suggest you check your online chat, and the corresponding email confirmations. The order number is quite clearly stated in the chat and you are using my correct email address to send mail to as you have done countless times. I am most definitely reviewing the correct business. I hope this shambolic attempt at diversion only warns potential customers further regarding the shockingly poor company you are. Paid in good time for Saturday delivery, despite very poor claims to the contrary the item arrived the following Thursday and damaged. Still waiting on full refund, including full postage and full returns postage at your own expense. If you wish me to make sure there is not a shred of doubt you are the correct company and that my statements are 100% factual I can quite happily post your messages for you for confirmation beyond doubt. For good measure I can confirm that I called countless times, I can get my phone records if you wish, and not once did you answer or return messages.

Terrible company I want to warn others about as they have left me 489.99 out of pocket after the petrol lawnmower I ordered from them never showed up, now they won't take my calls or answer my emails. I am a single parent with 3 children I saved for months to buy this product totally heartbroken don't use.

I was looking for a Hand Plane and came across Tool Station. While browsing their site I added to the basket 4 items one of which was a circular Saw Blades (x10) because to my surprise it was listed as being £0.00 so I thought ‘why not’. I went ahead and purchased these items and I get a confirmation email. The following day I get an email saying “Order Cancelled but you can try purchasing again” but this time the Saw Blades were listed for £9.99 each.

I email them about it and all I got was…

Which obviously wasn’t true because, all of a sudden, they WERE available after my order was cancelled.

This store is not to be trusted when they can’t honour deals on their site. Will cancel your order if they feel they’re losing out even if it was their fault to begin with.

I will never buy from them and suggest others keep well away from them as well.

Good price for saw blades, which were delivered quickly. Recommend

Very happy with the company but I had to pay import duty coming into the country. Wish I had known that beforehand.

By far the cheapest price I found online for the product I wanted.
Delivery took a while but it was free so I didn’t mind. Everywhere else I looked charged considerably more and also charged for delivery too.
Highly recommended site that I’ll definitely use again.
