The item wasn't actually in stock after it was purchased.
Had to wait a few weeks and chase up delivery dates

Transaction met expectations in terms of product quality and delivery time.

After waiting 2 weeks for Toolmart to ship my order, I ordered from another vendor and asked toolmart to cancel this order. I heard nothing back for another week, and then they shipped it! It was only one item so it’s not worth the time and additional expense to try to return it - but what a pain! It arrived 3 weeks late and week after I asked to cancel it. No good.

I Purchased a Milwaukee hammer drill will vacuum dust extraction charger and 2x 8amp Batteries. I am very happy with my purchase And even happier with the price. I saved over $200. I would recommend shopping at Toolmart

Ordered a Kincrome product. Came in a timely manner in good packaging. No problems.

Returned home, called to find out what's going on. Order ready to pick up minus the 1 item.

No alternative item was offered at any stage of the original order to pick up.
Lots of excuses, really bad service.

I won't be returning to any Toolmart.
Plenty of other options available.

Order arrived in good condition. However did take a few days from when the order was made to when it was shipped.

The tools are good quality and great price

I bought a Milwaukee track saw kit, which comes with the rail, clamps, a battery among other things. My local store didn’t have any in stock so they had one sent from another store in the country. Took about a week, which was annoying but nobody’s fault really.

When I unpacked the boxes when I finally received it, I realised there were some items missing from the kit which was annoying and didn’t give me great confidence in the company. The track rail bag that was supposed to be in there wasn’t, and the dust bag was missing too. That means someone opened two different boxes to remove items and then carefully resealed them. Pretty dodgy.

The web sales guys were great about it, though, and I dealt with John who got on to getting replacements for me straight away. It took a few days but there was no argument or any drama, and I eventually received the missing items.

Thanks to John’s great customer service, I’ll keep shopping at ToolMart. Might make sure I check my boxes before I leave the store next time, though.
