Great first experience
Fantastic experience with Tool Maniac. They are able to get hold of the entire Wera tool collection, even if not directly available on the site, with great prices and fast shipping.
One of my products was unavailable after ordering, but customer service was absolutely fantastic keeping me in the loop and getting it to me ASAP, with next-day shipping when it arrived a couple of days later. Sally was particularly fantastic here.
Highly recommended for well-priced, genuine Wera and Knipex tools with great customer service

Always excellent
I’ve had nothing but excellent service from Tool Maniac over the past year or so! They may not be the cheapest tool shop but their range is excellent and customer service is phenomenal!!
I’ve dealt with Sally numerous times over the last year and she’s always gone above and beyond when I’ve had requests for items that aren’t on their website.
Communication is always spot on, delivery is always prompt and their website is a doddle to use.
I’ll be a customer for as long as they are trading!
